Great Tool For Managing Multiple, Complex Priorities and Deadlines
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite tool on monday.com is the "My Week" tool. This allows me to see my past, current, and future tasks at a glance in chronological order so that on any given day, I can easily keep track of my priorities. "My Week" offers the option to hide tasks that are completed and de-clutter my "to do" list. The "Daily Highlights" email from monday.com makes it easy to access "My Week" directly from my inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of the "My Work" tool. "My Work" is meant to serve the same function as "My Week," but it shows ALL of the future tasks, which I find much harder to navigate and overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helps me to easily manage overlapping deadlines and shifting priorities for multiple projects. Because it's collaborative, everybody in my office can see all of the company's upcoming projects and contribute to the completion of assigned tasks across multiple departments. Without a project management tool like monday.com, I'm not sure how I could effectively keep track of everything I need to do during any given day or week.

What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot of configuration you can use when you're building out your boards, and I love how Monday.com is always adding new features that are so useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find myself running into features gaps from time to time and it can be frustrating to wait for the features to be rolled out when you need them right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing current status on creative requests, ongoing projects and priority management
Keeps Me on Track
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very intuitive and easy to create different boards and reports to track stages of your sales pipeline. It's also easily configurable to meet the unique needs of our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
When reporting on total value of deals in my pipeline, I need to add a deal value in order to have that data pull over even if I just want to have the counts of the items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday gives me visibility into my tasks and sales pipeline as well as others within my team on a "View Only" basis. This enable me to stay productive and meet target deadlines, as well as run forecasts and analysis on my data.

The most helpful thing about monday.com, is that it helps you to prioritize work.

Sometimes, I move items from one workspace to another, and they disappear.

Having tasks overlap
Easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to use and customizable. The work flows and automation provide for a more efficient day to day process, that is easy for members of your organization to collaborate on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to have multiple boards with mirrored columns, and to be able to set automations up based on those mirrored columns does require getting used to, as the product works best with all users utilizing a single board instead of having links to that main board on their individual work flow boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has given us the ability to track matters more easily than other CRMs, through its custom boards and ease of integration. This has practically eliminated missed matters.
Organizing chaos
What do you like best about the product?
It's a convenient way to store all materials related to a project in one easy location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really much downside for the purposes I use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes for an easy-to-scan dashboard where I can review projects due and forecasting.
Monday com is really useful!
What do you like best about the product?
I use it every day, not only on mondays ;) Clear interface, nice integration of various apps (like zoom) and automation. Give it a try, you won't regrett.

Price could be more affordable. Also search engine could be updated, to be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with workmates, sending files, tracking progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very intuitive, easy to learn and easy to use for organizing tasks and projects. The interface is also visually pleasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is not optimized for report-outs and lacks some automated/linking functionality.

Monday.com helps my team stay organized and keeps everyone connected in one system.
Monday is my entire week
What do you like best about the product?
With monday i can organize all my tasks in the way i feel it fits better for me. Its Apps are helpful to allow my workflow get easier to go through and to manage my team priorities. It is a powerful App that im still discovering new things day by day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be good to have a way to taste the Apps inside the platform before buying them, this would help to know if its actually the right App for your necessities or not.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me remember all my daily tasks and activities. Also, if theres is something i do not manage but someone in my team does, they can assign the tasks to me by just tagging my user or creating a specific group for it.
