Easy and Best tool to manage Projects
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best project management tools I've ever used. The interface is clean and intuitive, and I was able to get up and running with it quickly. Being able to leave comments, tag team members, and attach files directly within the platform has made communication much more streamlined and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Monday.com does have a mobile app, some users have found that it's not as full-featured as the desktop version. This can be frustrating if you need to manage projects on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My PM or others are assigned more tasks to me. so I forgot sometimes but I go to the notifications and see the task that they are assigned to me. That is useful to me

Best project management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, great layout & great functionality. It is an all round great platform that dleivers on many levels. The constant updates enusures it is listinign to its customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licence numbers start for 3 people. I dont like this for smaller teams this is very ofputting. otherwise it is an easy platform to use & layouts are always improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves us so much time. It si great for notifiationas & keeping on top of the company tasks set for every employeee. You can see at a glance exactly where everyone is wiht tasks.

the ease of adding, editing and setting up campaigns and boards as well as using the boards for a variety of function sfrom accounts receivables to facility management
What do you dislike about the product?
that sometimes it glitches. sometimes there are bugs like copy and pasting a ticklist from a campaign page into an item update and losing the formatting.

all of them. Not missing out elements of a project, Ensuring resources and time are allocated. Helps projects actually reach completion
Great platform for organizing tasks in small companies
What do you like best about the product?
Overall we enjoyed Monday for organizing tasks across multiple people and teams in our small company. The flexibility within the software allowed each team to customize the platform to their needs while still integrating well across the various groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of all the different functions within Monday.com, it was difficult at first to figure out what system/workflow process made the most sense for our company, and it took us some trial and error to build a sound system. This isn't necessarily a flaw in Monday.com, but having more templates or examples of how others have set up various systems would make onboarding the software a more seamless experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helped us plan out project timelines and schedules across multiple months and even years, allowing us to prioritize projects within given teams' bandwidths
A great tool for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it exists in Spanish – I work in Latin America, so that's very helpful. I also like the customization features of every board as well the simplicity in building each board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't feel efficient that there's no way to "READ ALL" the updates in my inbox. During event seasons with many updates, I can get upwards of 100 notifications in just a few days. So that would be super helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep all the details for a given event or project in one location.
Organized to the Max
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that everything our company does is very organized, and I can access different departments easily. Having everything laid out so well makes a world of difference for me and my work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Monday is having less of a visual component to my organization and folders. As a visual learner- it can make a difference if there were more customizable visual pieces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday makes it easier to lay out our team's work tasks and due dates, and facilitates organized project management. This keeps us organzied and able to see exactly what our day, week, and month have in store for us. It is also a beneficial tool to continue the collaboration between departments further and manage the expectations of the collective.
Love using Monday to keep my projects on track
What do you like best about the product?
The customized templates are incredibly helpful. I find it easy to use, which was important to me since I had never used a project management software before. I love the interface and find it simple yet effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any down sides to using Monday.com. It has changed my business for the better. I'm grateful I have a single place where I can keep projects, contacts, files and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday, I didn't have a single online platform where I could keep track of the various video projects I'm working on at once. Monday allows me to have everything documented in terms of tasks, deliverables and contacts related to the projects. It also helps keep me and my virtual assistant on the same page as to what's happening in my business week to week.
get organized and on track
What do you like best about the product?
Monday helps me organize projects and keep on track. Assign responsibilities, set dates for different tasks, check them off and even create a gantt chart to see it all flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like anything, it only works if you use it. So make sure everyone on your team is on board with it if you use it for group work. The interface works well enough, but it takes some work to figure out how to format for any project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use it for project coordination. Some elements can happen independently of others, but we also have parts that rely on client approval. That also means we'll have revisions and another round of approvals. So Monday keeps us on track and we can see at a glance where things are held up.
