monday.com has significantly enhanced our organizational efficiency and collaboration. The platform serves as a centralized hub where design briefs are assigned to me every day. This feature streamlines communication with the project lead, enabling real-time updates and fostering a transparent workflow. The most valuable features of monday.com for our organization are undoubtedly the dashboards, checklists, calendar functionalities, and file-sharing capabilities. Dashboards serve as a visual command center, offering a comprehensive overview of project progress, deadlines, and key performance indicators. This visual representation enhances decision-making and facilitates a quick understanding of the project landscape.
Checklists play a pivotal role in task management, allowing for a structured approach to project execution. The ability to create, edit, and update checklists within the platform ensures that team members stay organized, tasks are completed in a systematic manner, and project timelines are adhered to.
What needs improvement?
While monday.com has been an invaluable tool for our organization, there are areas where improvements could enhance user experience. Specifically, expanding pulses could be more user-friendly. Currently, users need to click on a small text line to expand pulses, which can be somewhat cumbersome. A more intuitive approach would be to enable users to click on the entire table cell for pulse expansion. This modification would streamline the process, making it more accessible and reducing the risk of oversight.
Additionally, it would be beneficial to consider incorporating features that enhance the platform's customization capabilities in the next release. Providing users with more options to tailor their boards, dashboards, and views would contribute to a more personalized and adaptable user experience. This could include advanced formatting options, customizable templates, or the ability to incorporate additional data visualization tools.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We previously used Trello, however, have found monday.com to have a greater product offering.

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is a very helpful tool and very easy to use. Even if you are new you can check their training modules and can be expert user, it's that much user friendly.
You can make your own workspace and make it private and you can make for you team as well and everyone in the team can have access for team workspace. You can easily implement it as per your requirements. The customer support is also fabulous at monday.com. You can integrate it with your excel workbook as well and can import whole excel file. I use it in my daily work to track my tasks and deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using since last one year and I don't find anything to dislike about monday.com. They always keep it up to date as per user's and market requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track my daily tasks, manage my projects, can plan events and track my appointments. monday.com simply makes my work life easy.
Simple platform for managing projects that allows for easy customisation
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's flexibility and visual customization capabilities are what I find most appealing about our team's work processes. Facilitating instantaneous collaboration is the real-time updating function. Our document management is enhanced by having files integrated directly into the platform. The centralization of information provided by the interface with other applications we use, like Google Drive, has also increased our efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main complaint is that the initial setup can take a long time, particularly if you want to customize sophisticated features to meet our unique requirements.

Monday.com has made project coordination easier by giving coworkers a comprehensive picture of their particular tasks and due dates. As a result, team response and internal communication have greatly increased.

Monday.com makes project management easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to set up and use. I use it daily to keep on the same page with the project manager, Operations, and Admin. Monday.com has a lot of great features and they add more just about every day. It integrates well with a lot of other apps and makes a lot of the monotonous tasks automatic. I've asked some odd questions of customer support and the Monday.com community and gotten quick and accurate answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com doesn't yet do all of the integrations I'd like to have but there are workarounds or 3rd-party apps that help with some of these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the problem of using different apps to communicate necessary information to different people. In Monday.com, you have one location for all the information you need to impart, and everyone is on the same page as far as next steps, timing, etc.
Monday.com makes marketing manageable.
What do you like best about the product?
What makes Monday.com invaluable to me is the customizable, interactive boards I create for each month to keep track of all of campaigns and promotions. I know exactly what stage every project is at from the start to when it makes in in front of the customer. The ability for my collaborators and I to communicate directly in Monday.com with each campaign's own individual thread is also a huge help and keeps the line of communication clear and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point in time, I've yet to find anything to dislike about Monday.com. It works exactly as I need it to.

Being able to create roadmap of where projects start to when they're completed and ready for the customer.

Very user-friendly. Ease of enforcement. I acquire customer service. Frequency of use is every day. The number of features is very helpful in my work. A simple integration.

You must scroll on the map to access individual sectors!

Monday.com allows my team to easily organize projects and create detailed task lists, which can be viewed on a day to day basis to meet deadlines. Monday.com creates a central hub for my team and I to communicate ideas, details, share notes, and keep track of progress on many different projects. Monday.com is easy to use and modify to best suit my needs. The customer support at Moday.com is top notch. Whenever I have any questions I can reach out to them with a quick response.

Sometimes Monday.com may not upload files in the format I need.

Keeping track of all projects and tasks and also the progress of the projects and tasks. This allows our team to be more efficient and productive when we need to complete multiple projects and tasks.

As an event planner, there are so many little things to do for each and every element of the collective event. This app has made it so easy to be able to not only delegate tasks, but see who is where within their individual assignments. Every little details for project management you need is here at your convenience.
