A Team Collaborative Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The Monday.com boards facilitate a very collaborative structure for teams to work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
notification setup took a liitle longer for the team to understand and setup to be effective in thier structure and workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest one is workflow and editing and approval processes.
Very very user friendly on mobile
What do you like best about the product?
It was really surprising that a CRM perfectly designed for mobile user and onwrr I can invite and delegate like just drag and drop.
I am not active desktop user I all communication by what's app but through Monday.com I can delegate my task soo easy to my team clearly waoooo.

What do you dislike about the product?
Wao it's hard to say but when it comes to pricing it bit High for small businesses. But I need to cost benefit analysis for the payed version. But I must say free version covered the most of my needs. I am a newuser i need buy one account first for testing purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am owner and working in business development extensively but on the way I need to assign task my team and I ADHD patients it helps organise my work and clear communication with my employees at comfort of me mobile phones!!!
We have used Monday for years and absolutely love the capabilities and organization.

We love the capabilities collaborating and scheduling and keeping everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
We love everything about Monday.com. There is not much that I would want to change about this program...it suits all of our needs.

The scheduling keeps us on track and we can quickly and easily see that each user is fullfilling their duties and in a timely fashion.

Nothing! I find it so easy to use and love that you can link figma and teams to it! Makes life easy

the interface is very intuitive. Very customizable platform

You don't know where to start. I think this tool works best if you get help to implement it correctly.

We're able to track the health of our customers, build out marketing plans for them, and also be able to track software bugs/enhancements in our system.
Monday.com has changed how our organization functions AND how I manage my personal life!

Where do I start?!? The automations, duedates, collaboration and the MY WORK feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I am scared our organization will grow too large to be able to afford Monday.com. We are a non-profit and it is terrifying the closer we get to our member limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It it solving the overall organization and management of all our teams. This benefits each of us, because we know what is expected, when and can chat with our team for more info or if we are stuck and need more time, all in one place!
Versitile and flexible enough for all of our project management needs.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Monday.com is the ability to create projects, assign tasks, and document a project from the start of the project to the end of the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect I wish Monday.com would be able to work with and integrate with more is the use of quoting software. We currently use a third party system for quoting and we would love to see APIs for more of a seemless workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that Monday.com has solved for us is the ability to disceminate up-to-date information to the entire team and make sure the appropriate parties are notified when they have a task needed to be completed.
A good platform

It's great as a task organizer, easy to use.

It can be a little confusing to create groups
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is possible to delegate and visualize tasks in a very simple and visual way, previously tasks were delegated via message or word of mouth and this caused some to be forgotten.
