What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and intuitive to build the tables and sort the information, with the option to use multi-language all around the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectivity between tables and flexibility in formulas. The use of one item to many tables is not so easy.

You can create dashboards columns and checklists to manage the customer journey. I can easily manage simple and complex projects.

I still did not find anything that I disliked.

Organise my work making it easier for my colleague to pick up my work where I left it. Easy to create updates and organise files and information so I can find and follow my tasks more easily.

2. Working in team on one board, so your team sees how far you are with a project
3. I use one board as a to do board for myself, and that helps a lot!

1. That people in your team cannot change your updates, because we write a lot of times reports of a meeting in there, and ask to our colleagues to check if it's okay.

An overview of what are the next steps, starting from a template for a launch of a project or an event. Also you can have an overview of how far you are on a project.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create boards that both my client and I can use to assign and mark off tasks, set deadlines. The automations help keep the boards organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Choosing the team seat size, it jumps from 5 to 10, which can be rough financially if you only 6 team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a virtual assistant, I can set up boards for each client to track tasks and keep track of how much time each task takes.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization of tasks to measure the performance of the work staff, according to the activities scheduled on a day-to-day basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is an excellent platform, but you have to take a series of trainings to be able to use it 100% and make the most of its tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolve the organization of my daily tasks or activities, and help me keep track of my activities to be done and the activities that are about to reach their deadline.
Great product to streamline and manage workflow
What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to organize and filter out certain projects when needed and color coordinate for easy viewing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe too ambitious, but the ability to customize a view and bundle up certain projects into one table even if they are categorized in different groups within the same board.

Easy to Use and Great for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Monday in 2019 - unlike other management software/sites, I found Monday to be VERY user-friendly and easy to navigate. I love being organized and this site makes that easy also! I definitely recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure there are downsides to Monday.com - no system is completely without issues. However, in the scope of how I use this site, I really don't see any problems. The only thing is how may notifications I get when something I'm tagged in is updated, but that's not really Monday's fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com keeps all the work organized AND easily manuverable. I like to break projects down and I can easily do that here. I'm not the business owner, so I don't know if it's help increase business - but it helps the workers do the work!
very adjustable tool for business
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the workspace forks between multiple users. Very easy to adjust any single workspace for different projects. I like the notifications feature as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it works slowly if a lot of items are in one workspace. Moving tasks between tables is not too smooth as expected from this level of product. Settings section is overloaded

The Monday solved all the needs that we looked for from this kind of product. Very easy to manage people in one spot between multiple projects. Possibility to add external organizations fro collaboration.
Monday.com has been amazing at keeping track of projects
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to be able to customize each project plan and add details in. Also, the ability to share amongst others on my team makes it easy for everyone to keep track of any particular project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was the ability to add images to the project plans. At times there is a diagram or key point we are using that is an image. It's difficult when I have to store this somewhere else, as I cannot upload it to Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows me to create specialized project plans for each one of my clients. I also can create templates and add specific details for clients. And since I can invite them to join the board, I can assign tasks to the appropriate people so we are always on the same page about who is completing each task.
