I like that monday Work Management is easy to use and provides easy access from all types of devices. This makes it convenient for me, especially as someone who is often on the move and also a pilot. I can access monday Work Management from phones, iPads, tablets, or desktops, no matter where I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like automation to enable movement of columns inside the ports. The setup does take time and it's difficult to understand what is actually available. It also takes time to really build the ports according to the needs of your company.

I use monday Work Management to keep track of Safari client bookings, schedule warnings, and automate deadline notifications. It helps manage booking arrangements and track changes effectively.

Monday has different ways to manage your tasks a team. I like the spreadsheet look.

I wish there were better integrations with Teams. The computer app could use some improvements (find feature doesn't work on docs). I hoped to use Monday every day to manage my own tasks but it became too complicated.

The ability to maintain custom statuses relevant to our workflow is very helpful, especially for content strategy and marketing. It's good for tracking emails and website tasks that I'm handling.

I find the automation lagging; it takes some time to update. Also, the meeting table reflects updates slowly. When grouping items on monday Work Management, it would be helpful to hide particular columns, but that feature isn't available.
