Communication Improved and Great Information Management
What do you like best about the product?
That all the communication is aligned and ir is easy to fill out all the information and integrate it, it is very easy to use and kind of intuitive, so it is very easy for everyone to understand it and implement it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no really something that comes up now, I really like Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects Management and follow up.
Effortless Setup and Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
This was easy to implement across my team. The setup was easy. It is ideal for daily use and integrates seamlessly with external platforms like Mailchimp, Twilio, and Gmail. Also, customer support is super quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag in automations and the failure for them to fully execute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a different project management software that was okay, but the communication with support was terrible, and it wasn't very user-friendly. Monday support is great, and it has a great interface that makes it so user-friendly for my team.
Streamlined Workflows and Powerful Automations
What do you like best about the product?
Many positives. It has helped our organization become more fluid with our workload, assigning tasks and creating a workflow that is easy for our team to understand and track. I love being able to add automations and make our boards work with less manual tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike, there are just some features I'd like to be able to refine. Like, for example, being able to create one board that pulls from multiple boards in a more intuitive way. I do like mirror columns, but there is a lot of manual management involved. We have 30-40 projects going at one time, with all tasks involved included on one board, this can make it difficult for the team to find what they need quickly. If each task lived on a single, separate board, and we could pull in all tasks to one board it would help us with workload management. We have worked with several monday specialists to try build what we are looking for, but haven't been successful. What we have now is functional, but not high level like we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of projects going on at one time, and multiple teams working on each project (web, design, copy, social, video) so there is a lot to track. Monday has helped us simplify management of tasks and help us alleviate backlogs by seeing what is in the pipeline. And visually, it is so pleasing to track tasks on - this is especially important for our creative team.

There could be some more options available as far as building a knowledge base

I would like monday to be more automate with task, in my case i have to recreate several task every week, but i have to bring the last week to make the copy, monday can't do copies of groups automate and if could be possible it would be very useful to me and my team

I love that monday Work Management is easy to work with and understand, making it accessible for organizing a variety of tasks efficiently. The color coding options are fantastic as they help keep me motivated on my to-do lists. I also appreciate the ability to create automations and customizations, which simplifies task management and ensures crucial reminders, such as customer appointments, are handled automatically. This platform helps us stay organized and enhances our efficiency, crucial for managing data and projects at our nonprofit.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of tagging people, ease of tracking, forms. Overall, I've found customer service to be pretty solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to send bulk emails or bulk copy information from the forms.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows my team to sync on deliverables, responsibilities, and deadlines. Without this, the tendency is for the focus to slack. With Monday, it keeps everyone alert and responsive to the tasks at hand

I appreciate the new integration with AI and how practical everything has become as a result.

The system lacks sufficient information regarding all of its possible applications.

It is very beneficial for keeping track of our workflow. The document generation feature is both practical and useful, and the color scheme makes the software easy and pleasant to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use and the platform is pretty intuitive. Automations and integrations streamline workflows and make it easier to share and collaborate with other teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor limitations that can be solved using third-party apps, however I wish these solutions were native to monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since using monday.com, teams have better visibility to each other's projects. It's also reduced the amount of emails we send and made collaboration more efficient.
