Versatility and flexibility in management
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small jewelry manufacturing company, and compared to other similar platforms, Monday stands out for us. The nature of our work is less structured and requires us to manage every process in a way that differs from how things are typically done in larger companies. Monday offers us great flexibility in creating and managing purchases and workflows. It also allows us to automate tasks such as order tracking and assignments. We really like it – it’s easy to use, intuitive, and offers excellent value for the cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t particularly dislike anything. The connectivity between different boards can be a bit complex to understand at first, but we’ve managed to make it work. It would be great if the platform expanded its mathematical functions to allow for more complex operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Together, we’ve been able to gain a clear view of our production process and connect it with marketing and customer management. This integration allows us to align our entire production line, leading to improved results, more efficient internal processes, and better communication with our clients. Additionally, we use data to identify behavior patterns, which helps us make informed decisions regarding advertising strategies and the design of new collections tailored to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
As a team lead in a cybersecurity firm, I appreciate how Monday helps me maintain clear oversight of multiple project managers and their respective tasks. The platform makes it easy to track progress, assign responsibilities, and ensure alignment across teams. Its visual boards and automation features save us time and improve overall coordination, especially when dealing with complex, multi-phase engagements like penetration testing and remediation tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the platform can be a bit slow to load, particularly when we’re working with large, content-heavy boards. It's unclear whether this is due to system performance on our side (although we use high-spec machines) or the size of our data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps solve the challenge of coordinating multiple ongoing cybersecurity projects across different teams and clients. in our firm, we often run parallel penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and remediation followups.
Monday allows us to centralize task management, streamline communication, and maintain real-time visibility into project statuses. This has significantly reduced miscommunication, improved accountability, and allowed us to deliver results faster and more efficiently.

Very easy and helpful for day to day tasks

As a designer I love to use monday to share the tasks with my team and update eachother on specific projects. I love that it’s also integrated with slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I might only dislike that it’s a bit costy for big groups.

What do you like best about the product?
Using monday.com has transformed the way our team manages projects. From as soon as we joined the platform, the intuitive interface and easy customization options stood out. Whether it's task tracking, automating workflows, or team communication, monday.com handles it.
For me, Monday.com's primary strength is its flexibility. You can build boards for virtually anything project timelines, BAU activities, training sessions, and prioritization visuals. The drag-and-drop functionality, colour-coded labels, and real-time updates make tracking progress really easy. As soon as I saw how easy the automations were I set up several, automatically adding start and finish dates, moving items from 'In Progress' to 'Complete', and archiving older data. This has have saved us hours of non-productive 'busy work'.
The visual clarity is a huge plus. Dashboards provide instant insight into our teams workload, timelines, and bottlenecks, enabling better decision-making when interacting with other groups. Even our more non-technical team members picked it up quickly, which has improved overall adoption and productivity.

Monday Work Management has greatly improved visibility across our projects. With customizable boards and dashboards, we can easily track progress, workloads, and bottlenecks, making planning and collaboration much smoother.

The best part of the software is the ability to automate most anything. It's also compatible with Zapier if you want to further automate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Service interruptions. Because we have everything on Monday, when the servers go down, it's very difficult to get anything done.

Recommended Tool To Keep Projects Streamlined
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a fantastic way to keep projects organized and our partners accountable. We use it not only as a CRM for clients, but also as a project management tool for social media programs, website development, recruiting, and more. It has significantly streamlined our workflows, improved visibility across teams, and made collaboration much easier. Its flexibility allows us to adapt it to different departments and purposes, which has been a huge benefit for our organization.

What do you dislike about the product?
That said, there are a few areas where Monday.com could improve. The limits on items per board and automations can be restrictive, especially for teams managing multiple large projects. The pricing also feels a bit steep for the higher tiers. Most importantly, the lack of an easy way to undo changes or access a backed-up version of a board is a major drawback — having version history or recovery options would provide much-needed peace of mind.

A central hub for all the links, tools, resources, timelines that we need. Gives me the free of mind to easily find out what's done and what's in process.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Monday.com for project management at work! It’s super intuitive, easy to customize, and keeps everything organized in one place. I can track tasks, deadlines, and team progress without things falling through the cracks. It’s made communication smoother and has seriously improved our workflow. Highly recommend it for anyone managing multiple projects or teams!

There are occasional outtages but seem to be resolved quickly.

Convenience and Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to easily and quickly lay out tasks for myself and others. I am able to coordinate large events across the agency and see where everyone is in the process while doing so. It's very easy to create reminders that are tailored to the specific project or board. It has allowed me to feel much more organized and ready for every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like much is buried under a paywall. When I want to access features or templates they will be part of another module that you have to pay more for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of making my own spreadsheets to track things and having to track hundreds of emails regularly to monitor a project.
