Effortless Project Tracking and Collaboration for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
This is a sleek and intuitive tool that greatly enhances team collaboration. At team VMO2, we use it to track our supply chain projects, and it has proven to be far more efficient than relying on old-fashioned spreadsheets. The ability to create custom workflows makes project tracking truly effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it would be interesting to see a different animal featured instead of a llama—just kidding!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes the tracking of all supply chain project teams, making it clear to users that this is the go-to place for finding all relevant information.
Effortless Collaboration and Reporting, Easy to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration across our users and being able to link our boards for the purpose of reporting through dashboards. It is easy to use once you have learnt the basics, it is possible to self teach easily using the tools available. We are daily users of the tool and are still learning but excited to do so
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial impressions of implementation was a bit 'scary' and daunting. Was expecting more of an out of the box solution and not to have to build it ourselves.. Customer support using the bot is a bit tricky, would prefer the human touch from an early stage not having to go through a whole series of screens
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By providing a single source of truth and a unified platform, this tool has made our work much simpler. It gives us confidence in the reports we view, knowing that everything is consolidated in one place.
Seamless Board Collaboration Makes Work Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The seamless link between boards and collaboration between users. I also really like the work flows and automations
What do you dislike about the product?
Some restrictions to adaptability to columns and options available. It would be great to be able to have a date column, with the option to have TBC populated, rather than having the date blank if unknown.

Everything all in one platform. An everyone has access which is great. Useful one stop shop.

quite complex to learn how to work it when you first start.

There's a lot of information and it can me hard sometimes to show this all in one place.

Lack of communication within different teams and areas by making people work more inline with each other.

This platform provides an easy-to-deploy, no-code solution that can enhance processes which might not otherwise justify the allocation of corporate resources.

The main improvement I would like to see is better options for extracting reports in a format that is compatible with our corporate materials.

We are strengthening our internal cohesion by sharing more about what we are working on.
Centralized and Efficient, But Needs More Integrations

I like the fact it stores everything in one place for us. Helps us work smarter and faster. Customer Support is helpful especially when it's a simple thing.

I wish there was more integrations out of the box.
