Keeps Our Team Organized and Aligned Every Day

What do you like best about the product?
I work on the media/communication team for a church, and my team tackles a large variety of different projects and events. I appreciate that Monday gives us a place to keep all of those details and moving parts organized and accessible in one place. We use it pretty much every day to make sure everyone is on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building our workflow from scratch for our team has been a unique challenge. We still run into user error from time to time, and we are always looking for ways to improve our communication. I wish there was a way we could integrate some of our workflows in with our Church Management Software (we use Planning Center).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, my team struggled with keeping all of our projects and tasks organized. With Monday, we are able to have all the details at our fingertips so that nothing gets missed!

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use of monday Work Management, which makes task organization straightforward and efficient for my team. I love how I can assign specific people to tasks, ensuring that follow-ups are clear and effective. The calendar integration is a standout feature for me, as it allows us to visualize our day-to-day schedule, determine our tasks, see who will be in the office, and manage much more. This helps in maintaining clear communication and ensuring nothing is overlooked. Additionally, I value how it connects our management team in one place, keeping our communication clean and crisp. Management can easily track project status and what needs to be done to keep us effective in the workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the learning curve with monday Work Management quite challenging, as I haven't been able to fully explore all its features which could enhance my productivity. Additionally, the lack of integrated emailing functionalities requires switching between multiple browser tabs, which disrupts my workflow. While initial setup was straightforward, a more comprehensive tutorial could have streamlined my experience and utilization of the platform's full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to organize tasks, schedule meetings, and manage our calendar, ensuring efficient communication. It keeps everything connected in one place, prevents tasks from falling through the cracks, and allows easy tracking of project progress and assignment.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, Monday Work Management can be bug-prone, which interrupts workflow momentum. Occasional glitches — such as delayed updates, sync issues, or lag in automation triggers — can create friction in otherwise seamless operations. While these bugs are often minor and temporary, they can disrupt efficiency during high-volume execution periods and impact overall user confidence in platform stability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday Work Management is fundamentally elevating workflow transparency and historical accountability. The platform’s robust filtering and archival capabilities allow me to quickly drill into relevant tasks by priority, owner, or status, ensuring I stay focused on high-impact deliverables. Equally valuable is the ability to review past workflows and execution trails, enabling seamless retrospective analysis, process refinement, and replication of high-performing playbooks. This operational clarity drives better decision-making, repeatability, and overall execution discipline across complex workstreams.

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of customization can be done without needing a programming degree.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is limited on some features of a spreadsheet that could be useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It cuts down on emails, a dozen different spreadsheets to get information that the majority is redundant. Also keeping track of where an order is in manufacturing. Helps the Sales people too to get status information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management makes it easy to organize tasks and keep everyone aligned. It’s simple to customize boards, track progress, and automate repetitive work. I also love how everything you need—updates, files, and task details—is all in one place, so the team stays on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit overwhelming for new users to learn because there are many features to explore. Some useful features are only available on higher pricing plans, and reporting or dashboards could still be improved for more detailed insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps us keep everything in one place—our hiring pipeline, projects, employee records, and important company documents. It also automates reminders and emails, which saves time and keeps everyone on track. It has made our processes more organized, efficient, and easier to manage.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is extremely helpful for monitoring both work and progress. Its features are flexible enough that you can adapt them to function much like a to-do list. It's also simple to keep track of when team members make updates or are working on tasks simultaneously. The ability to filter work is efficient, and there are numerous options for processing information, such as through graphs and tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be a little slow to load everything on the screen, but aside from that, I haven't encountered any problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Addresses the problem of relying on Excel as a tracker, which often demands frequent manual updates. With this solution, information is entered once and then moves through the process seamlessly, making it much easier to monitor and track.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating and managing projects has become much easier for our team, as everyone can track their progress on their own devices. This means we are always up to date. The platform also offers much more control compared to a typical to-do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to complain about; it functions just as you would expect. However, I do think it could benefit from offering an alternative way to view the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is useful for monitoring the parts we have in circulation within the shop, as well as keeping an eye on outgoing shipments and tracking who is assigned to each task. It manages a lot of information, making it easy for anyone to see exactly where a part is in the process.

Seamless Automations and Intuitive Design Make Workflows a Breeze

What do you like best about the product?
I love the animations and automations! I also enjoy the different colors, I love being able to set date formulas so it shows 30 days after an employees start date. My favorite thing is being able to connect boards and have automations send info to another board. Once I got used to the look and feel of it, I really was able to figure out everything pretty easily. It's all self explanatory for the most part, no funky wording or explanations! If I don't know anything, they have a really great help center to figure everything out. It becomes very self-serving and I don't need to check up on every board super often, which I love! I prefer it over excel for tracking things and I would recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say the only thing that bugs me honestly is the colors remain the same across the board. When I have colors in one column, I prefer the color palette in another to be different. When they're all the same color, I end up correlating them in my head, even though its meant to be a completely different differentiator in that other column. Otherwise, it's super easy to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the only place we can truly track new hires and anything beyond them being hired. It is so amazing to have everyone's eyes that need to be on it. Instead of having to create and download a report for sign on bonuses and referral bonuses every pay period, it automatically sends the employee to the board it needs to, that way payroll can keep track. Once it's set up and any changes need to be made as time goes on, I rarely need to touch it. It is a very reliable site.
