Efficient and organized
What do you like best about the product?
It helps both process-driven and visually-driven people stay organized. It's great. Very easy to learn and use. Doesn't take much to initiate a project or maintain progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's starting to get pricey. I hope our company doesn't get priced out soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves as an HR project management tool, healthcare process management tool, digital client files, management of services, and KPI dashboards.
It is a system that allows for very efficient work.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can stay up to date in real time with all the changes and comments of each specific project, and all the information is organized and easy to understand. It's a tool that all work teams should have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to understand at first and has a somewhat slow learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this moment, I don't have a specific one since the system is working well.
Using Monday for Prospect Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes it easy to manage a new Major Giving program. I came into this role a year ago with no Prospect Management database, so I had to think of something quick. I knew that other parts of our organization were already using it so I gave it a try. I was able to build a Prospecting database fairly easy and as we gained traction, making changes was easy as well. Implementation of the tool was easy as well.
Now, I do know that as we grow, we may outgrow Monday, but for now, it is allowing me to manage the pool for our co-director. What I like most is that all emails are captured so that I can see as moves in Cultivation or Solicitation are made with the prospect. It allows me to also keep a column for committed solicitations and the dollars committed to manage where we are at in reaching our goal for the year. Managing the stages of the pipeline are crutial for our success. The notes column allows me to keep updates that are not hidden.
I also find the platform very customizable and easy to use. Since beginning to use Monday.com, we pretty much use the platform on a daily basis for our team.

I would like to see simple analytics when using Monday.com. as we make changes to the stages of the pipeline, I would like to be able to capture those change dates and wach year pull analytics for our management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday makes it easy to manage a new Major Giving program. I needed to find a tool that would allow for instant application. Monday was easy for me to set up and categorize. It allows me to keep a close eye on prospects for potential major giving. I can see when updates were last made, who made them, emails that were sent and replied to, I can manage the best contact information and manage where we are with reaching our goals. Monday has given me a better way to manage my time and a better way to manage the work of our co-director when it comes to cultivating and soliciting asks.

Fantastic Flexible Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of the platform is what makes it so usable. We have boards that help us manage accounts, accounts receivable/payable, data base for all our suppliers, and docs to take notes that relate to action items in our tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company is small, so any issues that might pop up haven't been uncovered yet since we have limited needs. 2 things come to mind -- sometimes the boards are slow to load, and sometimes docs and boards fail to update when I move to a different device even after refreshing. It's not every time the update issue happens, but it's happened more than once.
Also it would be nice if a task needs to be put on hold, if it can be hidden from view for a period of time as to keep the interface from being cluttered (similar to snooze in an inbox).

The biggest problem it solves is keeping a central database for knowledge and information, while remaining flexible to accommodate multiple types of information.
Monday Helps bring Collaboration to Geographically Disparate Workforce
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is simple and easy to use. It has flexible interfaces, and is a powerful collaboration tool. We brought many processes together using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of its ease of use, users tend to use it for things it's designed to be used for.

It eliminated information silos and gave us a true collaborative environment. It provides a common platform for sharing information. It gives real-time visibility to operational data

What do you like best about the product?
I had heard about Monday from my wife, she loves it. I had just set up a business and needed pipeline management immediately, maybe some basic project management in the future.
I was up an running with pipeline management in 30 minutes, that included some automation and integrations! What I love the best is that once you set up email integration Monday collects in all the email notes for me, this saves me hours every week!
I have been able to develop my use of Monday to include tracking client projects, useful just for our internal use and client love to be able to see their project at any time, we here lots of feedback that bigger firms do not offer this as part of their service, so this is making us more competitive.

I want to record everything, automate what I can easily, reduce the time I spend on admin and give our customers a professional impression of the service we deliver. Monday.com does this for me....easily.

Revolutionizing workflows with Monday.com!
What do you like best about the product?
I find Monday.com incredibly helpful, especially because I'm a visual learner. It's like having a personalized organizer where I can create boards and dashboards just the way I like them. Tracking tasks and projects becomes so much more enjoyable and stylish! Plus, Monday.com lets me automate tasks, which saves me a ton of time. And the best part? It plays nice with other apps I use, making my workflow even smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
I always play catch-up with the latest features. But that constant evolution is what keeps the platform fresh and exciting. Sure, it takes a bit of effort to stay in the loop, but each update brings something new and useful to the table. So, in the end, those regular updates actually make our work lives easier and more interesting. It's like getting a surprise gift every time they roll out a new feature!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a virtual assistant, staying on top of projects can be tough when working remotely. Unlike in a traditional office setting where you can easily walk up to a team member for updates, remote work requires a different approach. That's where the magic of Monday.com comes in! With a quick login, I can see all the updates and progress without needing to track down team members. It's like having a virtual office at my fingertips!
Teamwork Streamlined
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to easily see any step anyone is on with a project. It also makes it really easy to see who is active and collaborating in a project so I know who the last person was in a step. It makes it easier to compartmentalize tasks because we are able to integrate it with our email. When I follow the link through the email, I can only see the project the comment is on whereas previously we would have to dig through threads to find the relevant information for the project we are working on.
We use monday to track all of our projects now, from small orders to large tasks, we are able to use it to track 90% of our workload, which means we as a company are now able to consistently get into projects without having to wait for a chain of reply. We spend more time communicating internally with Monday so our inboxes can now be prioritized for handling issues outside of the company.
It was also really easy to switch to Monday. We didn't lose any information in the transition and now we use it every day. We are able to use it for both collaborative support and to keep track of personal goals and metrics. It gives me a way to log in every day, sort out my to-do's and tackle them more effectively because I'm not searching through a bunch of useless information. There is no longer a project we touch that does not loop back to Monday. We use this program more than we have any others.
Whenever there is an issue in Monday, our Monday experts have been able to resolve the problem within moments. We never have an issue contacting support and getting issues resolved, even if they are issues that we created ourselves by linking up our boards incorrectly.

What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to be tricky to modify the levels of automations certain types of tasks send out. I understand that automations can be assigned to tasks and boards as well as individuals. I'm sure with some time I could figure it out, but I wish there was a way to more easily turn automations on and off for certain tasks or projects without having to change the individual responsible every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of transparency and immediacy. There is no longer the question of whose step is next or what step they are on. This makes reaching out to troubleshoot and problem-solve on projects go much more quickly and also helps relay information to everyone at once as opposed to through a series of CCs or BCCs in an email.
