Keeps tasks organized so easily

What do you like best about the product?
I love putting the tasks into monday.com and being reminded of what to do each day; I love the feeling of marking a task "DONE".

This is a phenomenal way to share tasks with co-workers without having to text or call them constantly, and you can all see who's doing what. For our team, which is virtual most of the time, it is a lifesaver!
What do you dislike about the product?
On the Media board, I wish I could have some tasks have "due dates" and others not, but the way it is designed is that all tasks have to have the same exact same categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of co-working from virtual locations because the team can all collaborate in one space and update tasks with their work. We are all kept on the same page.

Organization is Key to any Small Business

What do you like best about the product?
It is very useful in keeping you organized on daily tasks everyday. Especially the ease of building each group and it's sub items. Also the security of the web site is very well protected from outside hackers. The automation integration is excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
Originally when learning how to create the tasks, it can be a little tricky. However after you learn how to do it, you will be able to set up your task templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue with daily tasks, calendar time constraint, contact listings, payroll service are just a few things Monday.com is solving and greatly benefits my business daily.

What do you like best about the product?
The sheer flexibility and openness to structure and define my data the way I want and the way I need to connect data across multiple boards, from customer insights, product features, roadmaps, development tasks, objectives and key results. As well as how I can effectively align and enable other departments towards the same milestone and goals by creating a 360 degree view of all ongoing work as well as dependencies across departments. Ultimate tool to create robust context and facilitate true decision making. I can organise, visualise, communicate and automate every I need to drive value and operational efficiency and predictability. No other tool comes close to this because they are all preconfigured solutions. Monday let's you build whatever solution you want on top of their platform. With literally no-code to some low-code.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some enterprise features I would like to see available at pro account levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexibility, visibility, progress and state at a glance across my entire portfolio. 360 degree view of my organisation not just my team. Alignment and enablement across all my teams because we can all work in the same product.

Collaborate on Tasks Easily

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to see the progress of my tasks and view them all in one place. Rather than shuffling around spreadsheets, it's all right there in Monday.com. I'm able to have multiple boards to manage different types of projects, tag in my coworkers, and keep everyone on the same page. I use it every single day to stay on top of workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things can go a bit overboard with the amount of notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning outside of spreadsheets in a more easy-to-use, drag and drop format, with automations that make things easier. I can see all the emails I have to work on, plan out blog posts, and it's all organized.

What do you like best about the product?
ease of scheduling each activity for daily reminders, helpful for outside sources to get our numbers in in time for them. satisfying to check off all items at close

sometimes can be challenging to roll forward month to month, work days do not always match up. if there is an item with multiple subitems, you must deselect all when rolling forward

helps organize each individual accountants' activities, as well as being able to track weekly activities for the company accounting

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy and the notifications are instant which is good. you can customize the board how ever you like.

It can get overwhelming sometimes and you won't really use 90% of the features they have

What do you like best about the product?
What makes Monday so useful for me is the way it is easy to visualize within the app, making it easy to adapt to. In just a few weeks or even days, you get used to it and start to learn more about its various features, all of which come with an explanation of how they work, making it even easier to understand the platform.

Additionally, the ability to create dashboards with graphs makes Monday even more captivating. It's possible to track everything on just one screen, which is undoubtedly sensational for me. I also highlight the attention and support; they always contact us to show us features and new updates of Monday and are always very willing to assist with questions and inquiries.

In my daily routine, and in the daily routine of the department, Monday is used frequently, and as time went by with only our department using it, other departments saw the conveniences that Monday brings, and it ended up spreading to other departments in the company, which is undoubtedly making everyone's life much easier.

I am very grateful to the Monday team for this wonderful tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main problems I encounter with Monday is the connectivity with other platforms without having to pay. For example, I wanted to connect it to Google Sheets, but most of the widgets and apps for that within Monday are paid, which complicates some things. A suggestion would be that apps related to these commonly used tools in companies, like Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, etc., be free. I know it's difficult, but it's a suggestion.

Recently, I started delving more into the formula functions in Monday, and I noticed a certain limitation regarding calculations with sub-elements. I created a column with cost in the sub-element and wanted to calculate these costs in the formula column in the element. However, when using the formula for sub-elements, I saw that only two possibilities were available: either count the number of sub-elements or have the formula return the names of the sub-elements. This was a bit disappointing. In the end, I managed to work around this situation through a widget on the dashboard. But anyway, here's the tip that if possible, create more ways to interact with the sub-elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, this company was my first job, and when I arrived, they already had Monday, so I never experienced a reality without it. However, I imagine that the problems it solves would mainly be work management, visualization of demands and deadlines. With it, it's almost impossible to miss a deadline or forget a demand. In terms of communication of demands, I see how important it is because through the demand update field, I see how useful it is for notes and communication with others in the sector about the progress of the demand itself. In the project management part, we are implementing this now, controlling expenses with sponsorships. Before, we used spreadsheets, but we had difficulties in recording everything and visualizing it. Now we have brought this to Monday, and it is still in testing, but we are already seeing many advantages in visualizing and monitoring expenses, as well as speeding up responses, payments, etc.

Monday customer tailored to our Operations...

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com was a great fit for our business as we already had systems that worked for us but they were in the physical world. We needed something that worked the same but in the virtual/cloud world! I was able to mimic our systems in a way that was familiar to our operations so as to not miss a beat. As time has gone on, we are in our third year of use, we have been able to easily implement new functions into our already great system quickly and easily! Keep in mind I am not a programmer of any kind. I was able to get things up and running in a matter of a day or two and never looked back! Used constantly each day by 15 of our Team Members. We've also easily created new boards to track performance and improvements. If you can imagine it, I think Monday.com will do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there were anything that I disliked, it would have been the mobile app but this has been updated more than once and things are very smooth and useful. The people at Monday have listened to our wants and needs and fixed them! This has improved exponentially!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability for multiple production managers to view what is going on with their projects as well as their counterparts projects. As work load changes, we have to look at division of labor and this makes it very easy to reassign jobs to other managers quickly and easily. They can be completely moved to another manager or we can just add an assistant to a job to help out while the original is overloaded. It seems if we can imagine a need, we can also find a way to implement a solution to the equation. Best of all we can reach out to communities to ask questions or just read about what others are doing in order to help answer questions.
