Highly Recommend monday.com to Organize Your Productivity and Collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's ease of integration has streamlined our processes and allowed us to centralize our workflows and manage our development projects. The ease of use has allowed us to share boards with key external partners, which supports collaboration. Monday.com has become a tool that we use daily and continues to grow in importance as we learn more about its features. The ease of implementation allowed the entire staff to integrate it within their workflow and increase productivity. 360 Wellness Education highly recommends monday.com!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if, within a board, there could be variation within the group column content. This limitation might be due to the user's level of proficiency within monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com has allowed us to manage our workflows and projects with an integrated tool for the entire team to work with. It has streamlined our work efforts and provided the means to discuss key points within the thread of information. It has become a resource hub for our business and simplified how we do our business.
Great collaborative tool for our small & busy team
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards are easy to read, the notifications let me know when my team members are busy updating projects or assigning new tasks. I love it because of the easy file sharing.

What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is the cost for a small team, or a team whose size changes from year to year.
We need to figure out if we want to migrate all of our content in 2024 to a less expensive or free service, but we will likely keep Monday.com despite price increases since the time and resources to migrate also represent a cost.
We also would like to be able to add more seats or viewers when we bring in collaborators on specific projects, but again, this will add expense.

The most useful tool is the calendar, where all your tasks are unified.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like about Monday.

I can organize all my tasks together with my team through Monday.
Easy to understand even for a new user
What do you like best about the product?
I find Monday to be really user friendly and easy to understand. The various options to add different column types, colors and other categorizations help a lot in daily work. It`s possible to add countless new boards and even add new groups in the particular board which makes tracking of new data easy to follow. Since we have a lot of similar products being updated for the same clients we can just use the recently created boards and add a new group.
What do you dislike about the product?
Let`s say there`s a lot of created boards. When filtering a board in the search window which needs to be duplicated, after performing this and then clearing the filter the newly created board is located at the very bottom of the board list. It would be great if the newly created board stayed visible and highlighted without scrolling to the bottom of the list.

Tracking of reported issues and updates. Helps us greatly in our daily work

The way it helps work flow. It's impossibld to lose track of tasks and saves me writing endless lists

What do you like best about the product?
It is very customizable & easy to use with a cloud-based workforce, project and operations management system that offers a versatile set of coordination, collaboration & management capabilities. The wide variety of templates & integration abilities, including a plug-n-play inventory template that’s available works great for my companies inventory management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it's not free and that it takes some level of convincing to get other team members to use it over traditional software options.

Monday.com is helping inventory management team track, itemize and manage the company's vast inventory to create an accurate database, accessible to everyone.

As the free version is for 2 people only, it would be nice to be able to have a free version for 3-4 people.

Being able to centralize everything in one place... being able to track the projects of everyone on the team
Monday.com is very practical, friendly user and the best is that is very automatic

It's been very helpful to automate the actions, and make it simple to have it ready in a couple of minutes

Working with forms is a little bit difficult, as it is already connected to workspaces, when manual modifications need to be done is difficult to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the necessity to use another tool to have a workspace for our organization and it has been very easy to use, and the fact that also automations help to make the job easier
