Great customisable system that grows with our company.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to customise the system to function for us at many different levels across the company. We use for all client project management an marketing integrating other systems and processes through Zapier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not allow you to plan work by hours is a huge problem in consultancy project management. Also its connectivity to Xero is poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides one place for all project management work and collaboration with the team. We have customised to track time against budget, report on conversion rates and allows complete customer journey from quoting for work through to delivery of a project.

Great way to manage our editing queue!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the time tracking features. It's specially helpful with editing projects and making sure we're efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot. Maybe a slightly refined user interface? More color options?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Figuring out who is working on what project and how long they should be working on any given video.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Monday is that we can have all our project information in one place, accessible by all team members and we can clearly see the progress of projects. We can streamline the boards to suit our requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that it's difficult to have the same information but on different boards and this can mean that sometimes we have to duplicate information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helping us keep track of projects and all teams members can add and change information so that the information on Monday is always live. It also helps us to track projects, follow up on leads and know when timescales have lapsed.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very helpful for tracking information for project management. The boards are easy to create and update. We can customize the boards as needed to depict the information we want to add.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Monday.com is not being able to customize the layout of the boards fully. It would be beneficial to change the design as the information can be difficult to read on certain boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps with the issue of communication. We can share information across departments easily by giving access to many users. We are able to send information and get responses quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps me and my team stay on track with our projects, tasks and deadlines. Being in the lead for various projects I need to be able to keep a clean and organized overview of what's going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many add-ons and possibilities to upgrade your boards, it can get hard to spot any additional add-ons that actually make monday.com more useful. I would prefer a more minimalistic approach and overview.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I faced before was that I did not have a single tool for organizing all of my different projects, tasks and duties. Monday.com helped me fixed this by being able to create a variety of different projects and folders.

What do you like best about the product?
Customization, we are a construction company so all projects are color coded with tasks assigned and documents uploaded for each project, with scheduled time
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't integrate it with my accounts software

Helps keep us on track with the timespan scheduled for each project, and flags any issues in a timely manner

monday.com help you organize your everyday tasks simply and effectively; you can create any worksheet to track your project development.

monday.com sometimes creates too much clutter.

Monday improved our daily work

What do you like best about the product?
giving assignments to colleagues what makes our work easier.
Also the "my work" section is easy as you have a perfect view of what you need to do per day.
What i like about monday as well is that it's easy to make an item, and get almost everything integrated and automated as you please, ,depending on what packet you bought ofcourse..
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes delays are occuring...........
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves our little notes and mailing assignments, it gives us the opportunity to work faster that way, what makes our line of work much easier in general. It solves our phones to be less used as well as there is a comment section of which we get an instant notification.

Automations Save Time & Keeps Client Communication High

What do you like best about the product?
This platform saves so much time by sending clients emails, making it so that I don't need to ask team members about the status of their artwork, and has allowed us to continuously innovate the way we do things. Accessible both on desktop & mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I right click "archive" I used to think it went to the group we labeled "Archived" but it would essentially disappear. So we've had to investigate how to recover data on the back end. but i suppose this is a user error. I also wish there was a smoother way to move client data from one board to another seamlessly but unless all tabs are the same it doesn't transfer over smoothly. ex: We have a "pre-production" and a "production board". Client data such as "Name "Email" "Phone Number" would remain the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving us time and allowing the team to communicate about client updates directly through the "updates" tab by tagging and responding to each other. Automated emails have been a huge time saver. As well as uploading documents and photos.
