Monday helps me and my team to avoid uncertainty in our daily work.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the structure it has. Doing weekly/monthly planning is straightforward, allowing you to adjust each dashboard according to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that it can get prolonged. Sometimes it takes a while to process the changes I made and the whole page freezes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Monday it would be hard to keep track of our tasks (individually and as a team). We can plan and organize our work by concentrating information, dates, projects, etc., in one place.
Sales and development use.
What do you like best about the product?
All of the automation that I can set-up. Makes it very easy to get them started and nice little notifications. I can easily leave notes or create another board and link them so I know exactly what I am doing and have the notes right there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit slow or glitchy. It won't load right away or has a hard time posting an update. I have a bunch of data in there so I get it but faster and less glitchy would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in sales I need an accurate and easy to use way of storing all of my clients information so when they call I can be right into the convo like they are the only thing I ever think about.
Intuitive & Buildable
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track, share, and include multiple colleagues on a project so everyone has visibility and access to content is everything when we're collectively under pressure to deliver and must all contribute different parts. I also appreciate that most components are customizable to adjust for the type of project, process or organization needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor things can glitch, like having to hit 'Reply' multiple times to ensure a comment is posted or selecting a specific time down the hour or minute of when something may be due.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of project details and organization. Anyone on our team can access content as needed, see the history of a project, who worked on it, etc., and jump in if necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a highly organized platform. It's so much fun when everything is in one place - notes, downloads, attachments, etc. The color code addition is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure about any downsides at the moment. I have been using Monday.com for over two years, and it's been very productive! Nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues with tracking expenses, accountability, project organization and team assignments, thus reducing the headaches of having to use many other complex platforms.
Great Team and Project Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is awesome for keeping our team organized and staying on tracks with projects! We can sort out our projects at an individual and team level with different views depending on preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that monday.com could integrate better with the other systems and software that we use. For example, if a task is marked complete in our CRM, I wish it could automatically be marked as "done" on our monday board as well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helped us solve the problem of project and task management and visibility into project statuses for other members on the team! We can also track each other's work flows easier

Keeps me organized and on task. Easily shuffle and mark your " to do list" finished.

Have found a couple quarks with the mobile app

Keeping everyone in our company on the same page and able to keep track of every step of every job.
A helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice having everything in one place from the beginning to the end of each project. This makes it simple to go back and find what you need. Also, Monday.com's "my work" feature allows you to see all of your tasks in one place. This is helpful for organizing your daily and weekly schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the search functionality within monday.com could be improved upon. Sometimes I can't find a project right away by searching the name of that project. Also, there are occasionally times where monday.com doesn't work properly. A few times I've clicked "send" on a message only to find out later that the message never went through. This is very rare, but it's quite annoying when it happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping our team stay on top of project management. This allows us team members to focus on our creative projects rather than wasting time trying to find project files.
Monday is EASY to use!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use. I've used other programs like this before, and they all pale compared to Monday. You don't have to be an expert.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I lose my place with all of our different jobs. They blend together and can be hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep track of all of our creative jobs within the marketing department. I'm a graphic designer, so seeing the process from start to finish really helps.
Highly effective tool for pipeline management
What do you like best about the product?
Traceability. Before Monday our team had to rely on email chains to check progress of work. Monday offers full visibility to progress. It has improved SLAs and accountability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company is a serial user of Monday. Consequently, a lot of tasks are inputted. Once tasks are moved to the 'completed' board it can make it slow to load and search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily around traceability. By adding due dates and assigning owners, it ensures tasks are not lost in the inbox.

Very easy to access and user-friendly. communicate with others and easily share files. integrate into other tools is very useful like slack. Overall, Monday.com is a highly versatile and customizable project management platform that is well-suited for teams of all sizes and industries.

Limited customization options, Prices are expensive for some businesses, especially if require more advanced features or need to accommodate a larger team. improve UI
