Overall very positive experience with the Monday.com platform
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the collaborative capabilities within the platform on longer running projects. This allows me to work full time remote with other full time remote teams on design projects and integration project very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a small thing but the spell check is always very off in the suggetion of words when encountering a typo. In addition the threading of the comments after a long string can be a little confusing as to where to find the end of the thread vs old threads that are no longer relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows me to collaborate with my team, my design team and my dev team with ease on projects. This allows me to work remoately and still stay on top of these projects and connected with the teams.

I like that it is easy to use. You can easily implement what fits your needs best. I use it weekly.

I really cannot think of anything I do not like

It's an amazing tool to make sure we keep track of all issues.
Excellent App
What do you like best about the product?
I think it's great that it works online as well as in an app. In my opinion, the app could be made something more practical for the cell phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile phone version cannot be edited and designed as flexibly as with a browser.

I can write down what I have to do and what has been completed
Fastest to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
How fast is for you to learn. Stared to use Monday.com a few years ago and in a few days I was able to create workspaces to help managing projects and tasks. It offers pre-configured workspaces for various needs - that also saves a lot of time. Later I created some automations within the workspaces and some integrations with Microsoft tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss a feature to automatically recalculate the timeline and due dates based on owners availability - This is called Leveling in other tools.

It is improving collaboration among the teams
A newbie like me can manage CRM easily because of Monday

I and my team do not live together in one place. I live in the Philippines and the rest of the team lives in the US. Monday makes it possible and easy

I love the automations, they are super easy to setup.and refine.

I wish I could connect the time tracker to Xero for AdHoc work. I would also lile to edit document when using the phone version.

I can track my teams workflow with ease. Assign new tasks. I'm being saved time and money.

I like that it is so intuitive and easy to use

I don't dislike but for me to keep it simple by not using all the features works best

keeping track of committments is easy and this allows me to deliver as expected to my clients
Easy to use for a wide variety of situations
What do you like best about the product?
The personalisation of Monday is really helpful and has allowed us to create a variety of tabs for different aspects of business management. It is easy to use and edit, and its simple format keeps it readable and clear. We use it daily for monitoring of project progress, keeping on top of lists and office social events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be helpful to have more desktop integration options for pop-up notifications or alerts etc. The online log-in aspect is a problem if the internet is down, would be helpful to have an offline option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday makes keeping track of social events simple and cohesive. We keep multiple lists for reference, links to documentation for new employees etc, as well as keeping notes on products and companies others might consider. We track project progress and it's easy to read.
It's great to organise your workload and have a constant overview of your task status
