We're more efficient with better communication
What do you like best about the product?
It has allowed us to work on many projects efficiently by creating some basic automations. All of our team have access to information all in once place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the formulas can be confusing to use, but the support from Monday.com has been great when we've been stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to not miss anything in our projects as every task is identified and assigned a user, ands that helps with accountability

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com proves to be an invaluable asset for seamless Project Collaboration and Task Management, enhancing our efficiency and effectiveness in time utilization. Furthermore, it plays a pivotal role in aiding resource planning, making it an indispensable tool in our toolkit. In general it is very easy to use and quick to set up. The customer support is friendly and welcome and we use the tool everyday and commonly helps in meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com although very efficient for Project Collaboration and Task Management is not the best for overall time tracking, GANTT charts, and scheduling. It can be a bit complicated in this area or become a bit bulky or a bit complicated to look into. So sometimes especially on first integration this can create a barrier to people getting used to it.

can be a bit overwhelming to see all the notifications when clumped together - but still very helpful to ensure I am not missing any single notifications!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com's collaborative features have strengthened team cohesion and engagement. The ability to easily share updates, files, and feedback within the platform has facilitated seamless collaboration, even among remote team members. This has proven especially valuable in today's dynamic work environment, where effective communication and collaboration are paramount.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple way it is designed to add and progress tasks through stages of a project seemlessly. The extra reporting functions also make my monthly reporting duties much more automated.
Love it, keeps my brain free from having to remember every little thing. I'm in a routine where as soon as something gets assigned to me I populate my monday board as a master tracker and have yet to miss a milestone because of it.

What do you dislike about the product?
When reporting using the dashboard functions it was hard to report against the progress of specific users. It seems you can either report against 1 user or the entire group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my work place, subject to the type of task that can arise, there are from multiple platforms being used meaning multiple softwares having to be opened for tracking and triaging which can become a tediaouse process given most platformas are being converted to the cloud based subscriptions, which is fine other then the increased lag time. Monday.com is being used as the single point of reference compling all the different tasks sourced from the multiple platforms in use. It is benefiting me from continuously having to open multiple platforms, avoiding the lag delays and streamling the tracking and triaging of all the types of tasks being assigned.
Easy to use and the company cares about their customers
What do you like best about the product?
It's user frindly and an excellent way to keep a remote staff organzed and on task. We've been long time customers and you guys seem to listen to our suggestions and requests to add features. It keeps getting better and better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing we'd change is to get more seats for what we pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to set reinders, color code projects and tasks remotely and Monday keeps my staff accountable so I don't have to micromanage.

I really dont have any big dislikes. I mainly use it to maintain my client's calendars on it for social media so the think I dislike is that you are not able to post directly from the app, but its not a big enough of a reason to not use it

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about monday.com is how I can see a birds-eye view of a project and where we're at in terms of completion status. I love that I can scope out a web development project at the beginning and set timelines to make sure we stay on track with delivery timeframes and scope. It lets me stay productive and using it means I don't have to constantly be wondering what I need to do next. I just set up the projects and keep moving from task to task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I don't dislike anything about monday.com. I swear by it and use it every single day :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the problem of trying to keep all staff members on track and knowing what they are supposed to be doing, as well as keeping our team accountable for a delivery timeframe and scope.
