What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Monday.com is that it helps people to be organized. So easy to use. You can upload antyhing, you can assign anything to a person and one best thing is you can intergrate applications and automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside is you cannot a group that has different columns, so if you willl create a board and add a group and column you cannot change it on the second group that you wioll bre creating becuase it will just adapt what is on top.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The task delegation and organization.

I find everything in monday.com useful and I have not experienced any downsides when using monday.com.

Monday.com has helped my team and I organize and track tasks, projects and data entries so that we have all the information listed out neatly and be on top of everything that we need to do before their deadlines.

Although it sometimes takes longer to load, overall it's great.

What is most helpful about monday.com is the ease of use and the ability to create and change boards as you need. I have a few team members on my team who are not tech savvy and were able to understand how to use monday.com within two weeks compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside about monday.com is the graphing and charting colors. You are not able to change it to relevant colors that your organization needs because it has default colors. Other than that I don't have any complaints about monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the issue of documents, contacts and workflow put into one system. Instead of looking into other platforms, systems, or files it is easy to use and implement in the team norms. Monday.com can host a variety of boards that are necessary and we can label it based on our needs to find items, documents, contacts, organize workflow and so much more at a click of a button.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a game-changer for staying organized and efficient. As the Head of Production at my company, I rely on it daily to manage all of our orders in one centralized place. Having everything, from timelines to task statuses easily accessible saves a tremendous amount of time. I can quickly view due dates and track progress at a glance, which makes keeping our production schedule on track not only easier, but far more reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things that have to be opened externally. Ideally it would be great if those things were integrated and open without leaving the Monday.com browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps me tackle production challenges by keeping every order on track and ensuring a smooth, streamlined process from start to finish. It allows me to break down each order into clear, manageable components, so nothing gets overlooked and every detail is completed exactly as requested. With real-time updates and customizable workflows, I can quickly identify bottlenecks, reassign tasks if needed, and maintain full visibility across the entire production cycle.

Hard to understand all the capabilities of the tool. The sharing possibilities are limited

The most helpful features of Monday is the integration and automations allowing for an easy and quick workflow, as well as the customer service which is always extremely helpful

The one thing I dislike about Monday is how you cannot attach images within the gmail automation

Monday is solving the problem of sending multiple emails to different people at once, by using Monday the time it would send to do this manually is massively reduced

we use monday.com for our cyber assessment form, although works well. you can stop the form and go back to it when need to. it must be completed as soon as starting and if you have 100 questions can take some time. be good if that works.

everything from going to multi purpose applications, to all in one platform for everything we do.
