What do you like best about the product?
Automations, easy of understanding how to build once you obtain the basics. Super intuititive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting. I feel like data can easily be put together, widgets can easily be created through dashboards but I find reporting or generating reports hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us manage workflow through automations and notifications. Also allows us to keep track of stats.

What do you like best about the product?
An adapted online help. Great ergonomics that facilitate discovery.
What do you dislike about the product?
A somewhat cluttered side. You must understand the logic which is not always intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assistance with the structuring of the program. Monday thought about quite a few operational problems such as breaking down the subject into sub-elements and sub-tasks.
Handy for artists
What do you like best about the product?
Workspace management, as it's easy to find each project and their boards quickly.
Also the "My Work" tab is super helpful to see all tasks allocated to you instantly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks/sub-tasks arrangement. It's not immediately clear if an item has sub-tasks allocated to it and even if you open up a task's card yo ucan't access any of the sub-tasks there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I knwo what tasks I'm allocated to and having so many short projects running at the same time, it's very easy to just check what's needed next. Saves a lot of time not needing to arrange meetings or just reach out to your senior to aask for new tasks all the time. Also great for feedback on artistic work as we have a trail of updates/feedbacks/requests on the same project.

Very well structured, easy to display projects and tasks in a clear way making it easy to cooperate on projects.

More difficult to work with people from outside your organisation.

Monday is a huge part of jobs at Light Iron. We use it for our FAQs for operators as well as checklists to keep track of your current shift. Its very easy to navigate and quick to use.

There isn't anything I dislike about monday

Monday is helping each night with nightly checklists & keeping track of what is done, whats next to do and whats completed. It is also the first place to check if an operator runs into a problem

Dashboards don't export or print as nice as they appear on the online platform. I end up taking screenshots.

It is helping to create clarity for projects with multiple, and sometimes micro-, steps, whose scopes are held by different parties, both internal and external.
