Helpful work space
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see all of my "to-do's" listed in one area. I also like that I am able to keep progress tracked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish It was synced with more applications

It helps me see where projects stand among the people I collaborate with.

Very helpful tool that captures many different work needs. This includes different kinds of outputs, as well as useful integrations with our other apps.

It takes some time to learn the ins and outs of the website.

Keeping track of our team's many different projects and types of outputs.

Practical interface, good visuals, and easy to use. Use with API on another site.

Copy-paste functionality not always practical. Moving a table to another doesn't always work.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have multiple boards and copy and duplicate items across multiple boards. I use tags to track and measure types of work for clients. great for reports.

The mobile app is the weakest part of the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I oversee tasks for multiple people and clients. I've used most of the project management tools and this is by far the easiest and feature rich.
Very Simple to organize the tasks and adding a few comment or attachement

Time tracking function because I use it to manage my time to be more productive

sometimes it will block and you need to reload the page

Easy way of using this. Colorful website makes it bright and a easy on the eye.

Too many notifications for 1 input - on email, on the app on other 3rd party apps like Slack

It helps in synchrony among our various teams and quicker and real time intimation of requirements or inputs from any team member
Great for managing multiple workers
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. By far one of the easiest software tools to use and to reach how to use to our new employees. I also love being able to see to see what our employees are currently in middle of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to tie multiple board data and to display it all on center dashboard. I currently have each individual employee assigned to there own individual board. It's a bit time consuming to go into each board to see what they are doing...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use software that anyone can easily understand and be trained in to using with a hour or so. Definitely helps us make sure everyone is being as productive as possible.
Good for small teams or multi-project
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is an app and different API integrations. I haven't actually tried all of the integrations yet, but the next one I'll try is time tracking and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a lot of work to set-up the initial project (hospitality programme / event management) and haven't been able to efficiently set up a template yet :)
Not everyone engages with Monday as thoroughly as required (I personally don't) for efficient tracking - when busy, using Monday to see what's next is helpful, but updating Monday is extra work.

Monday allows me to assign tasks and track project progress efficiently. I know what the team are working on, and where they require further support from senior staff.

What do you dislike about the product?
Plans as many features that seems quite basic are in Pro plans only.
Notifications part of automation pool (doesnt see the logic behind that). Dragging items from left to right can be tricky sometimes.

Project status tracking. Delegation of tasks to the team. Improving quality of the delivered work. Planning. Overview for higher management. Log of tasks, items per project.
