What do you like best about the product?
I've been using monday.com for a while now, and it's been a fantastic experience. The platform's user-friendly interface makes project management a breeze. Its customizable features allow for seamless adaptation to our specific workflow needs. The collaboration tools have significantly improved our team's communication and efficiency. While there's always room for improvement, monday.com has undoubtedly enhanced our productivity and project tracking. Solid 9/10!
What do you dislike about the product?
While monday.com is generally impressive, I find its pricing a bit steep, especially for small teams or startups operating on a tight budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since integrating monday.com into our workflow, we've seen a dramatic improvement in project management and team collaboration. The platform addresses our need for a centralized, easy-to-navigate system where all project details are visible and manageable in real-time. This has led to increased transparency, better deadline management, and more efficient resource allocation. The benefit is clear: our projects are more organized, team members are more accountable, and as a result, our overall productivity has skyrocketed. It's a tool that has truly transformed the way we work.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been a great. Has been a very interesting tool, Its integrations are truly very functional and allow the system to act as any platform should! Very pleased so far. Also, the ease of customization is very good!
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the most innovative things about Monday is that you can create a new ticket with just a QR code or a link. However, it is not possible to set up default emails (from people outside of Monday) to notify each time a case is entered. This is the only thing I would change so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticket system.

What do you like best about the product?
It helped our business get our scheduling under control and visible to the entire company. The software is very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only concern is if it will scale with our business, but it has been more than adequate so far.

It gives our company one platform to collaborate on project scheduling.

What do you like best about the product?
Ever since we are using Monday my team and I work faster and more accurately. We don't waste time in unnecessary emails or meetings and we know who is doing what.

Can't think of anything I don't like. I think ot works awesome.

1. Great user interface
2. Easily integrates to my existing tools (email, pandadoc, drive, etc)
3. Easy to collaborate with my team, there's a space for us to talk, upload files, tag each other for updates
4. Almost all of the files we need for our projects are supported.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. When zooming PDF 200%+ the page crashes.

Project tracking - it's easy to see the project's progress by the different tags and boards we can utilize
Messaging - We can assign email templates that are sent out automatically to our clients. Aside from that our team can easily ask for updates directly from the board.

Great tool to track porject and allow updates for all team members to view.

The mobile app has issues from time to time but are resolved quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is the EASIEST way to stay organized. You can implement many different tactics to help create schedules for just about anything. Our team uses it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com is great, however I wish you could customize some things just a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps us on track and on schedule.
An incredible platform for organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can color coordinate tasks for my team and track all of our projects in one place for everyone to have visability. The fact that it auto saves our information is great so that nothing is ever lost and we can access this via the app on our cell phones for quick look ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I worry about the safety of our information on the platform and how it is actually being protected. I also really struggle with losing the ability to upload files on the platform (but could be due to our own personal security systems).

Transparency for the team and organization of all our materials/information in one place for everyone to access easily.
