Great for visibility of workload
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool to track workload and is a lot more pleasant to use than tasks in Outlook. Like the automation feature it avoids having to create new items for regular tasks

There are sometimes errors when updating automations

Monitoring and measuring workload for myself and others in the team.
Fave project management tool so far

Some reporting techniques that wold be helpful to my team are not yet available but I am not sure if any project management tool offers such niche reporting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy communication and storing of information on complex projects with many stakeholders
Monday.com - Getting your ducks in a row
What do you like best about the product?
The system is fairly intuitive and offers a large variety of visualisations and other methods of filtering and manipulating the data from project boards and tasks to produce useful views for different teams and individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are a little clunky and could be a bit more powerful. Some field types can't be automated in the ways I'd like, but the constant improvement from Monday.com should mitigate that over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has allowed the business unit to operate more collaboratively and with much easier transparency than previous platforms. In fact, the biggest issue with moving to the system has been getting people to take advantage of the increased functionality and not just use it as a spreadsheet.
Great Intuitive design
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and integrate into a project management system. Can generate timelines and sort by critical deadlines quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a simple design, but some of the features are hidden and require external tutorials to figure out to maximise the potential of the software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising and catorgising projects based on critical paths.
Use every day to assign work and manage workflow
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great one-stop shop for workflow management within a large team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the cards are glitchy and I will delete accidentally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure that works finds its way to the right people.
Benefits of Mondays
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can breakdown my projects into boards to help my team stay organized. We can also add updates to each project or item that keeps our team on the same page and also lets our supervisors know the status or updates on a particular part of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use Microsft Teams in my office and I find that the connection between Teams and Mondays does not always work smoothly and it's harder for my team to view boards in Mondays--so they have to open mondays in a browser. An extra step that is make a slight struggle in getting my entire office on board with viewing mondays
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a more concise and accurate view of a project. For example, our new product photography, I was able to create workflow board that let our photography mark when he did certain shots, and our graphics team mark when an image was edited. So when our creative director asked the status or "how many till complete" we coudld an answer quickly and easily
Good but slow.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate tasks and actions and to be able to switch between different views, i.e. task view, kanban, and timeline. Task details are also great in terms of markup i.e. the ability to add code snippets etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lag is the number one reason I would not recommend this product to others. When boards start filling up and multiple tabs are open there is a considerable slowdown and sometimes a halt which is extremely annoying in terms of productivity.
Lack of themes (and option to create your own i.e. css themes)
Lack of themes (and option to create your own i.e. css themes)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task assignment, project planning and overview of project health etc.
A great tool for organization!
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy way to organize our jobs and processes, leaving our time to focus on other important tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the workspaces and how they are organized seem a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the lack of organization that often happens in a work environment, and it helps the employees focus on the tasks rather than worrying about missing deadlines.
Game changer for my team!
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who has used monday.com for remote team collaboration, I can confidently say that it is an excellent software tool as it has helped the team's efficiency enormously, especially since home office is the standard for many companies at the moment, by maintaining data updated in real-time. Some of the standout features to me are the ability to use templates (a variety of boards based on project type, team, or layout needs), excellent material for beginners with a variety of videos, blog posts, and a community to share experiences.
Easy build-up automation is another game-changer. The ability to trigger actions based on statuses, notify people, or even send emails without having to go through each item one by one is incredibly convenient and made for non-expert users. The automation option combined with the integration of other tools, makes monday an amazing, useful and efficient tool.
Lastly, it's worth mentioning that they have an amazing support team! All questions are quickly solved, there is good guidance and they even send you videos in order to understand the step-by-step in case this is needed.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about monday. I feel that there are still some aspects that are in the process of being developed or improved, which makes the tool dynamic. At the moment, for example, the export of files could be slightly improved but it is not a must. In any case, the great customer service they have and how feedback is strongly taken into consideration makes any flaw disappear in a short period of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using monday to have employee data in place (onboarding, offboarding and task management).
Some of the ways Monday is helping is by giving transparency to the team on the status of each item/employee for example. Combined with the automation, is reducing the work of having to go file by file seeing what is missing and together with the built in automation that allows us sending emails to the employees, we can reduce 3h work to just some minutes.
