Intuitive, aesthetically appealing, easy work tracking.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the drag and drop interface a lot, and the customizations I can make to personalize each quarter's work that I track. I also like the reminders that I can send myself via email from different tiles as it helps me keep track of recurring responsibilities as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had an integration with Jira. I know they do similar things, but my team uses Jira for projects requiring collaboration between different team members, so I would like to link Jira tickets to Monday tiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for me to track the work that I do, both for my specific team, as well as outside of it. It also creates an easy repository of my previous work so that when I get to annual reviews, I know exactly what I've done for the company and how well I've done it.
Once you learn the basics its very easy to set up

Easy to create and track and multiple projects are now much easier to manage

Lot of things to learn about features but understandable as there are many

Integrating multiple tasks projects etc to allign team and create an easier reporting and analysis of projects and deadlines.

I love the way I can interact with coworkers and keep track of ongoing projects. It's easy to create boards and shift items from one to another.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somehow Word-documents have to be closed before uploading, unlike PDFs and Excels. In some incidental cases documents take a lot of time to open,

Easier to stay in the loop and keep track of progress within the team.
Monday helps organize many different aspects, however there are some glitches.

It's either the basic checklist you need or an in depth project management tool for your business.

What do you dislike about the product?
When the software glitches it's a major pain, also switching mobile use to strictly app use was also a pain due to restricted functionality when being mobile. You must have a pc to do many things

A place to store my project info while also automating some messaging and shipping info for clients .
Organization and speed for better use of time
What do you like best about the product?
Improve greatly the internal organization between departments in the company. The environment and usability are very intuitive and allow us to be much more effective in our daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The views at certain times become complicated at first. The learning curve for good utilization can be long over time, although once overcome, it substantially improves internal organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interdepartmental organization is a key point in the work we develop, therefore being able to create shared projects allows us to work independently and as a team at the same time.

The board templates are great so I don't have to start from scratch each time I create a new board
The tagging features are brilliant on updates etc - connected to email so i can see straight when a team member has a question for me or needs to change something

It would be nice to have the option to merge my google calendar with the Monday.com calendar.
The site can also be a little slow sometimes and updates on boards don't show up straight away

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything my work team needs is in 1 space for us all to see - upcoming and past events, client info, tasks and when they need to be completed. Monday.com has made us a much more organised and efficient team

What do you dislike about the product?
It forces a certain structure on how tasks are shown and how you can use them. For example how you can use subtasks and link different tasks together.. This can be a constraint or a blessing - depends how you look at it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to organise the information into a common place wether it be for event planning, project management, collaboration, etc. As long as all team members post updates, it's a great way to get an overview of how far along certain project or events are and what still needs to be done.

What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides aren't due to the tool itself. The tool is only as good as the processes that run behind it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large business with a lot of people working on projects—it makes it clear who's responsible for each piece and helps us to be accountable. Also helps us to loop in other functions within the wider team, so they're never surprised about upcoming tasks.

Monday.com is really easy to use and everyone in our company find it easy to get started with.
What do you dislike about the product?
i would like to be able to group the boards på different columns. As far as im concern you can sort the columns but not group it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use monday.com for our order stock. We fill in the order informationamnually but from there on we can use a lot of automations.

I can't think of much that I dislike about using Monday.com.

Monday.com solves our issue of team members not know status of projects, it solves organizational issues and communication issues that we were having from department to department.
