What do you like best about the product?
love to be organised and have visability of tasks, and using the app to add tasks on the go is brilliant

That you have to have the same columns on a board

simple format, easy to use and create various boards, integration of daily/weekly to-do lists, color coding is a double plus!

I like using brainstorming maps to think through ideas. I have not seen this on Monday, but have used it on other programs.

Project tracking and keeping everything in one place. Collaboration with other departments/locations.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a powerful tool which allows me to keep track of all my projects and the progress in one place. For the most part it is easy to use and easy to integrate into daily practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation can be a bit confusing at the start, however once you start using it reqularly it becomes easier over time.

keeps everything in one place. CRM is a great tool to help me to stay connected to clients, leads and colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday app has large variation of options how to set up your Team or personal To do Project Management processes. The most helpful feature is different automizations, that allows to set up automatic reminders, flows, answers.
The app is launching new features and improvements very often, which help to improve even more its usage.

The main downside is that you may get lost between so many options of usage, and dont use maximum capacity of the app, that you pay for.

We are using Monday app in different areas, such as - general task To do management, CRM, cost management, forms, document management.

Best Software for so much more than Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is super versatile. Since starting our business we've been using it for CRM, Project Management, Invoice tracking, Marketing compaign roll-out, and Business Performance Tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure I dislike anything. I wish they had a better Quickbooks integration. The third party integration provider doesn't have all the features we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to give status updates across departments and makes the handoffs therefore more seemless. We also never miss a deadline and our client knows where we're at delivering their projects.
Automating good habits
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it allows my and my team to automate good work habits. Monday.com serves as a failsafe for our daily work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was not inuitive to me so there was a learning curve involved

We are a busy organization with lots of work that needs to be systematically organized every day.

I love the shareability between users. Easy to Use.

I wish it had a better in app calendar for scheduling posts

By using Monday I'm able to post projects for review, tag members that it is relevant to, and receive feedback all in the same place. I like the option for tagging projects based on their progress.

What do you like best about the product?
The way it allows you to personalize your organization. I use it everyday at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is not great, everything is all over the place and confusing, but the desktop version is truly amazing

Team organization and communication with people from other countries, it benefits my workflow and results.

What do you like best about the product?
For one - i'm a very visual person and it gives me all the visuals in a classy and appropriate way! Theres not all this fluff that makes it confusing, but just enough info and tools to make it simple and appealing to look at even when i have a list of 10+ things coming up. It's not overwhelmeing, it just simply keeps me in line and my project manager and boss up on exactly where i'm at on my tasks! I love it, truly!

hmmm... I wish I could think of a con, but theres just nothing that comes to mind really!

Constant quesitons and needed updates from my project manager. She's constantely in the know but my updates on Monday.
Super easy team organization
What do you like best about the product?
It really helps keep our workflow organized, updated, and in one place where both our team members can see it. We use it daily!

I wish the integrations were easier to use.

Monday.com solves the issue of needing to frequently touch base and organizes everything we need to do into a neat timeline.
