Monday is very efficient to organise your workflow, alone and with your partners/colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is constantly improving to add new features!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features still need to be developed, to make it perfect, especially in linking the boards together (which is already possible but to some extent).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an easy all-in-one tool that everybody in the company can use at different levels.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about using Monday is that I can feel that my work can be organized and that everything is just a click away. It's not only great as a platform, but as a means of collaboration, as it allows me to be synchronized with other tools in my routine
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps accessibility needs to be improved in the mobile application, but in small details of user experience. I think this is the only thing that can be improved :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The communication with customers and with the companies that work in outsourcing with my company. It makes everything well organized and accessible in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, affordable and easy to organize. Effective manager tools for marketing or engineering or wherever you need!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to see more templates that actually look different and have different structures. A lot of them very similar.

Organizing and tracking tasks between team
Used Monday.com as main sales CRM for 2 years now
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is super user friendly and very easy to set up. My company particularly like the automations and integrations. We tried a variety of other CRM tools and found Monday to have the best integrations for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally we have questions that are difficult to explain without the Monday.com support team being able to view our data. This takes time and I think if we are happy for them to view our data it would save alot of time and explaining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com as our main CRM system. We can easily record and view our data individually and as a team, and it has saved a huge amount of time compared to other CRM tools.
Great way to keep super organised!
What do you like best about the product?
I love having a board and being able to customise it fully. It helps my team and I keep on track for releases and the status bar helps everyone know which stage of the project or tasks everyone is at. The boards can be extremely customised so we have everything we need in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes duplication of certain items are not so easy, but I've found in the past there have been releases of some sort to improve the issues!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep everyone assigned to the project/task in line and up to date with what has been completed and what needs to be done. We can see when things are meant to be done and all the steps it takes to get there, so it makes it easier for us to complete.
A useful platform for organisation and work prioritisation.
What do you like best about the product?
Stakeholders can submit design briefs via a form that can then be reviewed and responded to. This saves time as it avoids some of the direct messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could maybe be additional features such as automatic responses to briefs, or potentially an AI tracker which gives accurate timescales to stakeholders based on workload of departments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cleaning up communication lines in regards to briefs being submitted. It's also acting as a hub for briefs to be stored and reviewed. This has subsequently improved our business output via the good organisation it has bought our team.
Great platform, very intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to run multiple projects easily and gates for deadlines and assign those tasks to specific people is super helpful. Allowing multiple people to collaborate and manage projects mean we are more efficient and likely to hit deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app can be a bit slow/buggy, or slow down my computer.

Great platform with many customizable options
What do you like best about the product?
How customizable it is. You can change almost anything about it to fit the needs of your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have a particular dislike about monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps us to see a project through from start to finish without anything falling through the cracks. There is accountability for each part of the project and being able to assign each step to a person really helps with that.

The filters by due date are incredibly helpful and I love the automation where tasks can close themselves out when completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many dislikes about Monday, everything is super easy to figure out. They made it very user friendly.

Essentially my daily planner, but helping me organize all of my tasks with my clients information.
Helpful organizing tool between teams
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great for large projects that include multiple teams. It is easy to use categories and branches that connect to each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com should do a better job at giving you options for communication settings. You are notified if you are added to a new project board but not much beyond that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to see what all of our teams are working on, and check off what work has been completed or needs more time.
