What do you like best about the product?
I can build as I learn and deepen my learning through trial and error.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's "a lot" at first. Determining how to keep boards from being visible by the entire organization was not intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using google sheets to track projects. The intuitive setup and templates, with the ability to connect between boards on Monday.com, is helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easily accessible, It helps in organizing each project and maintaining the process properly. It's less time-consuming compared to other tools used for project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no dislikes about using monday.com. I never felt any downsides to using monday.com. I would recommend more tutorials for beginners to work around the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps more in organizing projects and it reduces time utilization. It helps in connecting with the team easily. Also helps in finding the right document or links to be used by the team mebers

What do you like best about the product?
Colloboration, visibility, purposeful and has excellent dashboards/views to support high-level agile project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
No serious points, gets slow sometimes if there are too many pulses or widgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives great visibility on exact status of different things that are running from a top view perspective. For the team, it's a great tracker on what each of their plans are and what / when to achieve, etc.
Best tool to manage your goals, projects, and tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it offers you a ton of options for every single use case. Meeting minutes, project timeline management, etc. Workflow automation, templates, and integrations are a great way to prompt action from your team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The site or app responsiveness is frustrating sometimes. Sometimes, it's too slow. Otherwise, I am completely in love with Monday.com. Would recommend to anyone and everyone struggling to organize their work efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Monday.com, my project and workflow management was a complete mess. I had to maintain multiple docs and spreadsheets for every single project. Keeping different teams and team members has been a hassle and use to eat away a lot of my time. With Monday.com, my work life has become a lot easier. I can now organize all my projects from one single place. With workflow automation, I can automatically remind my teams about their tasks, which is awesome.

You can follow step by step the project and put deadline . you can share with other tools like drive, sheets etc... it is very useful

for me everything is functional, I don't see what could be wrong

we can follow in live the project with other members on my team and tag a person. we can be more productive and move faster

Monday has a certain customization of tasks, columns, and other important tools for the work routine that can suit different teams within the same company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it is an easy and intuitive platform, it is not very customizable, leaving usability restricted. In other words, I can't customize it the way I want in each space or team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize and organize task management is quite easy with monday.
Monday.com is a great tool for startups with minimal capability needs

The ability to task other people with things, Organization capabilities, being able to check in on my team at any time. Document storage is a big piece I like as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough capabilities, wish you could put subtasks under subtasks and automations are limited. I wish there was more customization capabilities and I could flow between the boards easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows for my team and I to stay organized without micromanaging. At any time I can log in and see what my team is doing and that makes my job so much easier!

Why it facilitates task organization within the company. This results in more organized demands and deadlines with coherent completion times according to our availability

I would like to see improvements in the display of tasks. It would be interesting if it were possible to work with a flowchart with the order of tasks that have already been completed and those that are still pending.

With Monday, our company's tasks are well defined and clear for those who will perform them. Both regarding deadlines and urgency, as well as guaranteeing the order in which the activities must be carried out and who is responsible for them.
