Great platform for companies to understand and set up goals, tasks and progress within the company.
What do you like best about the product?
Great platform for interaction with your teams within your company and the way it is set up. I use the platform everyday and it works well with the integration of our team and operation. Customer support is alway there and many opportunities to continue to learn more on Monday.com and what it can offer you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing that I didlike about the platform of Monday.com
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far no problems. Would like to see a way to edit daily team allignment when you need to add more information in without having to delete what you have wrote and rewrite it all again other than copy and paste.
Great Multi-Functional Tool for Ops, Planning, Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of pre-developed templates to help with board setup. I think more and more of these templates would continue to add value and increase adoption of users that aren't as familiar with software like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app isn't my favorite, but it does a great job of giving me snapshots of boards that I need to see while on the go. Most of the data input happens on desktop, so it's not really an issue that needs addressing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for one source of truth for our project tracking, task tracking, pipeline tracking, and all sales assets. We use it as our main hub of information for all things associated with the business.
Most intuitive project manager
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is so simple and very intuitive. It has a clean layout that makes a novice feel confident in accomplishing their goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little segmented so figuring out the location of some options is hard

Keeps me on track and a good place to document everything.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how straightforward the platform is and the level of customization we can do for our organization. It keeps us on track and gives other departments visibility as to what we're working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't really run into any issues with Monday.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an apparel brand, we have several launches/promos we run throughout the year. From ad creation to ad implementation, social content creation, and so forth, there are a lot of moving pieces. Monday.com allows us to really track the progress of each item and ensures our approval process is seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
Very useful time management tool, and keeps one organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training videos move too fast, and it is difficult to keep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps scheduling and upcoming tasks and deadlines in clear view.
We had no CRM at our business, and needed a way to track projects and customers.
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone can work on one project. So, if multiple tasks need to happen, we can all be aware of what steps have been taken. And if we need to review a completed project, it's available. And, it does not take up space on our server.
What do you dislike about the product?
The columns can be confusing if you have a lot of them. The scrolling can cause you to lose sight, even though the tasks are color coded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone can see the progress of the project. We can communicate specifically on the task, and ask questions without email. Also, the application allows us to see and update tasks from our cell phones, when we are not in the office.
User friendly and organization
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is easy to use once you practice making boards and visually (with colors/etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to learn more about the automation monday.com has to offer.

Making sure everyone is on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is extremely intuitive and covers a great deal of project management needs. While it might be slightly difficult to navigate at first, once you get a system up and running for yourself, it is easy to use and replicate. Automation and integrations with Monday are seamless, and their customer support is there to assist if you are struggling with making a particular system, view, etc work for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to get it off the ground. You get decision fatigue because there are SO many different things you can use with their system. Once you get past that, you will be in great shape!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is a one-stop location for handling all project management needs. I don't feel like I need to use any other programs in order to run our task and project management, apart from integrating other tools into the Monday system. Currently we run the entire company database, from accounting and operations, to client engagement, all in Monday.
Streamlined my Work Life
What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Monday.com, my efficiency in tracking timelines, due dates, and assigning tasks has significantly improved. The platform has eliminated the need for constant back-and-forth searching in various places, streamlining my workflow and enhancing overall productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support responses are not prompt. More time to discuss issues would be ideal.

Assigning tasks and reminders of due dates.
The Premier Orgainzational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is helpful when documenting processes and the steps involved in those processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to create another template in Monday.com, it can be a bit of a challenge. i won't say that I don't like it, but this area could be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me track processes during onboarding/offboarding, and other procsses I manage.
