Monday.com keeps myself and team organized
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a single location for me to find the details and status of all my jobs to execute.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some times there is too much info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves my deadline communication. Solves my job details in one location to execute a job. I don't have to fish through emails. It's a one-stop shop.
Monday is a game changer for teams to collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is the main tool we use for keeping our team up to date, tracking projects, goals, content we use on a daily basis. Our team supports 100's of clients and its imperative to have accurate information available to our agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report, they are very open on feedback and enhancement requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is a tool that support multiple needs for my teams. Documents, information storage, workflows and key processes, task management and accountability.
An elevated workflow experience
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great. It is super user friendly and makes work management far easier to navigate compared to others. I love that it's colorful, inviting, and overrall just really easy to organize projects. It has a ton of features and integrations, many of which are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that really stands out to me is that once the board has a lot of projects, things seem to slow down quite a bit. I know that this is something that Monday has worked on in the past, and it's not a massive deal or hinderance in my opinion. I think that it would also be nice to be able to reply to a reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the problem of traditional spreadsheet-based work management that many rely on by offering a modern approach to workflows. Integrations, ease of use, navigation, etc.
Great platform for individual and team planning
What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com as my day to day task management and planning tool - the interface is intuitive and super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could drag and drop subtasks to different groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single source of truth; providing a place for global teams to share information that can be asynchronously consumed and responded to by regional teams across time zones

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an easy to use platform which allows me to work collaboratively with colleagues on a daily basis. Customer support has been really useful, the "how to" instructions are clear and allow me to figure out solutions on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the subitems had greater functionality, particularly with automations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for easier collaboration and information sharing.
An integral part of our team's processes and successes
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has played a tremendously crucial role in helping our team better align on workstreams. Projects are so much simpler now that every step of the process is documented in one place and everyone can see which step a project is on. The efficiency Monday has given to us cannot be overstated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to create customized columns based on group can be frustrating. In our experience, it's created clutter in some of our groups where columns have to be collapses/expanded frequently to get to the necessary info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to handoff projects amongst our team via email. It was extremely hard to keep track of which projects were currently in-flight and how much progress had occurred on said projects. Monday has allowed us to document all ongoing projects in one easy-to-use place and we've added subitems denoting workflow + who is involved in each step + a meter on whether that step is currently being planned, on track, completed, etc. Now, everyone on our team can check which projects are going on and where that project is at any point in time with just a few clicks.

Monday board makes our lives, Easy and convenient to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Latency issue, Data takes time to appear.

File Management , it makes our life easier.

It's just easy, and almost the only limitation is your imigination

sometimes I want to do more with functions and reports, but am also aware that sometimes I have discovered how.

Flexible and easy to use software
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in configuration allows the application to be configured to whatever the business demand is. Once configured our teams have picked this up quickly and enjoy using the application
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you put considered thought into the design you can quickly get out of control. there are also a couple of transitions from attributes to others that are not as clear as they could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross department prioritisation, allowing many teams to contribute to priorities with quick and easy reviewing of suggestions
Excellent way to maintain organized within the team. It really helped with communication.
What do you like best about the product?
The way we can transfer to excell and most importantly being able to communicate within the team. Ease of implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
No comment. I like everything. It could be better by being able to have your own notes.

Monday is helping me to communicate with my team and giving me the ability to fast update the whole team.
