What do you dislike about the product?
Some features aren't available yet and it's difficult to work with custom formulas. The good news is that the support team is doing a fantastic job in keeping us updated and they always suggest similar solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is very visual and provides plenty of scope to keep and track your project and present it in a nice and clear way to your stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functionality limits that will probably come in time. But it is a very strong contender. I would like to be able to approve from within an email.

Consistant look and feel of project plans, well presented dashboards and clear resource loading

I love the overall view it provides for team managers into key projects, dates, and progress toward goals.

Make it easier to customize columns within a single board.

Monday provides clear visibility into team progress towards key goals.
Great project management system
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to clearly be able to see the work that the whole team is doing, including progress, deadline dates, and status.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to adapt a dashboard exactly to our needs, so we might use Google Sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We clearly lay out the tasks and aims of each project, and can detail all the tasks needed to reach our goal. This is then assigned to team members and progress is marked.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and intuitive nature of monday.com makes it an invaluable tool to manage projects and tasks. I'd be lost without!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the ability to have a more compacted view of lists / tasks. I keep track of events we evaulate on a Google sheet, and when I tried to convert it to my Monday.com projects, it did not translate well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps me stay on top of tasks and prioritizes what needs to get done. I also love using it to capture ideas and execute our integrated campaigns. It keeps me organized as I plan our events and webinars.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com uses many functions, but it's clean. Depending on your business needs, it is easy to customize your Monday boards to function and categorize how you need them. Along with the customization you can keep up with the analytics behind the scenes as you do with company performance too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Monday.com has its cons, when setting up dates/times/reminders, it does not allow them to be individualized. You have to choose from pre-sets Monday provides. Additionally, messaging and notes all get lost over time unless you pin every last one - which still defeats the purpose as you have to scroll down to it based on how recent or old the message and notes are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com contains many clients that are funneled in via numerous sources. It allows our company to reach out and keep up with communication and step-by-step intakes.
Monday.com is an excellent tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about monday.com is all the readily available information with a few clicks or words. Very helpful to keep track of projects when you have a large number of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of monday.com is the constant notification of birthdays.

Monday.com helps solve the problem of keeping track of various projects at the same time.

What do you like best about the product?
All of it. The whole automation and integration capabilities allowed me and my team to be remarkably productive, and I am really glad we use it in our daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is expensive. Sometimes we feel we are not using all of its capabilities because we simply are not trained for it. In the ideal world, we shouldn't need to depend on someone else to use it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is very effective. We can have separate work areas for each on of our departments, and keep many parallel conversations in a way that nobody loses track of them.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great for keeping projects straight and work flowing among many team members. I use it not only to manage my own projects and priorities, but find it helpful in knowing what is on my team members plates at any given time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a learning curve to using Monday.com, and I know some people have problems adjusting to the format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on a small marketing team that deals with a lot of requests on a daily basis. Monday makes it easy to keep track of all of the projects on our plates, ensuring it's moving through the workflow process, and ensuring we don't miss any project.
Excellent dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps my team organized. There are so many ways to slice and dice the projects that we have on our radar. It's an excellent tool for organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need more flexibility in reporting to management the progress that's been made. Summaries, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has given visibility to a very large audience and has allowed us to eliminate reports and meetings that provide this data.
