Monday has always been the main comm tool our company has used and has since been extremely helpful

streamlines communication as there are many complexities to our org.

Best Project Management Platform for teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
The time tracker is the best. Finding a platform that allowed us to share projects as a team and track our times as individuals on the projects was hard. Your platform's time tracker is the best and the report that it provides my clients is just what I need to help build their trust in the time spent working on their tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downside; I know that there are more ways that I can be using it within my business. Although I've been using it for two years, I know there's so much more to be discovered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right platform to work as a team, track our time and provide a report to our clients. The biggest thing was being able to provide a professional and detailed report to our clients on the time spent on their projects. Monday solved that issue for us.
This program has changed the processing game for our company. Use it every day!!!

It probably offers too many options and sometime becomes difficult to figure out which to use.

Our company uses Monday.com for project management and tracking. It is a great way to streamline task and updates!

I wish there was a class to really utilize the program.

What do you like best about the product?
We love that there can be multiple boards, databases, and projects going on at the same time while also allowing for private boards when necessary. Monday is the perfect fit for our small business, but I imagine it would work just as well with a large company. We also enjoy the connected board features. It has helped make project updates a seamless process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system can be a little glitchy, but they almost always alert us if there is something going on with the system ahead of time. It has never been bad enough to halt our productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping everyone collaborate without wires getting crossed and without confusion over project changes.

I love the ability to customize boards and utilize automations. We have streamlined our processes with tons of automations and notification settings so tasks don't fall through the cracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need a better way to be able to see the tasks of all of the members of our team. I'd love a way to easily click on a team member's profile and see all their tasks and deadlines in one spot. We also keep running into some scenarios where our team's tasks are not showing up in their own work. It's inconsistent so not always easy to track when a task may be missing.

It allows us to easily track project status, client services and support requests. This is saving us time and keeping us more organized!

The automations and easily accessible boards ensure that I'm able to keep on top of everything that is happening within the business.

Sometimes the Boards can behave quite slowly and can be cumbersome to use particularly if you're approaching the limit on the number of items on a Board.
The formulae aren't the most intuitive and it's easy for someone to accidentally make an error and carry it through - stick to Excel for this type of work.

It's allowing the business and teams stay on top of workflow and ensure that mission critical tasks happen on time.
Non Profit's Dream Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Not only does Monday.com offer an incredible discount for non profits, they also have templates and automation to that can save time and be the extra help we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. Monday.com updates and evolves at a sustainable pace. They are even thoughtful enough to release "how-tos" via email when they release a new tool or update an old one. Their changes are also sutled or VERY WELL designed, so it does not interrupt usage flow.

Monday.com offers a central location for our team to share updates, documents, and collaborate. The Google calendar integration helps keep everyone on track and aware.
