User-Friendly and Customizable for Marketing Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that monday Work Management is user-friendly and customizable. I especially appreciate the trackers we built, which keep all to-dos in one place where everyone can see where we are at all times. I think everything about the platform is great.

A Must-Have for Remote Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE monday Work Management. I think it's super easy to use and a great asset for all companies alike. What I like most is how easy it is to collaborate despite working location. The ability to build out boards has been really fantastic. We are a remote company, so we rely heavily on the boards that we have created and have included the chat system within them. The communication bubbles allow us to actively tap partners and have quick communications via monday Work Management rather than email or text.

I use monday Work Management to keep everything in one place for task management and partner alignment. It makes collaboration easy, especially with remote work, through boards and communication bubbles that facilitate quick partner interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
I like monday Work Management’s intuitive interface, customizable workflows, automation features, and seamless team collaboration tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike monday Work Management’s pricing structure, limited reporting customization, and occasional performance issues with large datasets.

monday Work Management solves disorganization by centralizing tasks, improving visibility, automating processes, and enhancing team collaboration.
Easy Task Sorting and Time-Saving Automation
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to sort my daily small tasks. I receive a lot of work and it's good to input these individually as well as creating campaigns. I don't use the integration feature, so I can't give a rating on that, but the performance has been great and I love the automated features. Being able to click done and it automatically archiving and even auto assigning projects has been great. I have been happy with the product overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a dislike of the project. My only issue probably has to do with how the third party support person set up our projects. There are too many tabs that we don't use within each project table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is solving is organizing daily and long term projects as well as keeping track of it. Before I was keeping track of projects that were submitted via email and pinning them, but with Monday, I can go back and find out what needs to be worked on.
Easy Viewing and Organization Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to view, and organize
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s frustrating not having an easy point of contact for simple questions. Having to ask a bot usually isn’t very helpful.

Clear place to organize daily tasks
Endless Board Customization and Powerful Automations
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to set up automations and the endless customizations of boards!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could add multiple links into the link field on a board, also an undo button at the top for quick access
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us keep track of our budget and solving the problem of having the latest update made on our sheet, unlike excel or google sheets that cant do that. We liek to see when and who last made an update.
Effortless Team Management and Seamless Project Flow
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management for mapping out all of our creative assets like emails, ads, landing pages, and hero images. I love how it solves issues with knowing who is assigned to what, tracking deadlines, and pinpointing areas of creative for reviews, which keeps our creative processes flowing smoothly. It's easy for everyone to use for their workflow. I also appreciate how easy it is to move from project to project with different boards and involve multiple stakeholders depending on the projects. The initial setup was super simple.

Monday Helps Make Task Tracking Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it connects with Slack. I tend to pay more attention to my Slack alerts than my email alerts. Receiving notifications in Slack helps me keep track of my work management better. It is a great feature. The user experience is also improved and easier for me to find things and follow tasks that I have pending.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't necessarily dislike the platform, but I feel like there are so many new features on the platform that I'm unaware of that it makes me feel like I'm just scratching the surface. From a cost perspective, my CEO says we need to utilize the tool more because the price has increased and we need to justify the cost. But I feel like with all the features available, there is so much I'm unaware of and I think receiving notifications or tutorials that appear when you login could be helpful so that I am lightly forced to view the new feature but with the ability to skip past it if I choose to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work Management is solving the issues we're having regarding clients, assigning tasks, and time management. Our team consists of full time employees and independent contractors. The independent contractors get paid for the time they contribute to projects. These projects also get split between employees of different roles. The Work Management feature makes it easy to create a task, assign the task to a team member, record the time spent, and communicate with each other regarding the task with details and feedback.
User-Friendly, Visually Polished Platform That Makes Collaboration Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love how user-friendly and visually satisfying this program is to use. It makes collaborating with others simple, helps us understand our goals, keeps the team updated, and supports us in accomplishing what we set out to do. We also love being able to collaborate in one place, use their AI-based suggestion and assistance tool, and even attend Monday University so we can keep learning how to use the program to its maximum benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect I dislike is that some features don’t update automatically. For example, when a status changes for a specific project, I don’t always get notified. I know I can set up an automation, but it can be a bit confusing and tricky, especially with how many options are presented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us solve the challenges of collaboration across different teams and departments so we can work together to complete a variety of projects. We’re able to keep each other updated in real time, add images, and assign tasks to different people, which makes the whole process more efficient and helps us get things done. It’s amazing, honestly!
