I appreciate how monday Work Management is incredibly effective for managing a team of over 20 people, facilitating tasks like food ordering, resource allocation, event, and program planning, which is integral to my job functions. I love its organization capabilities, which keep everything ordered, organized, and easy to read. The feature that allows me to keep projects separate is essential, especially as we work on multiple projects being a part of New York State's operations. This helps maintain clarity and ensures I can easily see what's needed for each project. Additionally, I appreciate the training support provided during the setup process, despite the initial difficulty, which was very helpful and made a positive impact on my experience. Overall, the platform's structured and clear setup greatly aids in managing everyday workloads efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the mobile app doesn't work as well as the computer version, making it less convenient for on-the-go access. Additionally, the initial setup was a bit challenging, as understanding all the different tasks required extra effort, although the training provided was helpful.

I use monday Work Management to keep everything organized, manage a large team and multiple projects, making it easy to see what is needed. It helps separate project tasks efficiently.

The main drawback I’ve noticed is that as boards increase in complexity, handling automations and permissions can become somewhat challenging. It often requires some trial and error to maintain a smooth workflow, especially as the team expands. Additionally, certain advanced features need to be set up manually, which can make the initial configuration process slower.

monday Work Management helps streamline how we manage product creation and client projects by keeping everything in one place. It eliminates the need for scattered spreadsheets or endless email threads. Tasks are clearly assigned, timelines are visible, and automations ensure nothing slips through the cracks. As a result, projects move faster, communication is clearer, and it’s much easier to track progress and deliver consistent results for clients.

Simple UI, not overly cluttered, very easy to use, visually aesthetically pleasing, helpful workflow (Project Status, Project Types, Automations, Comment threads, Due Dates).

- Automations could be more clear / easy to set and edit (e.g. can't change the requester).

What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes it really simple to plan and track projects. The interface is clean and customizable, so it fits different types of workflow from task management to team collaboration. We like how we can automate updates, create dashboards and integrate other tools like Slack and Google Drive. It keeps everything in one place and helps our team stay on schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes creating advanced automation or linking multiple boards can get confusing. It can also be a bit slow when working with larger boards. The pricing feels slightly high if you need more advanced features or have a small team.

Monday has replaced our manual spreadsheets and long email chains. Everyone knows their responsibilities,deadlines and a progress at a glance. It's made communication smoother and improved overall productivity across projects.

By centralizing all our communication, files, and task updates in a single platform, we've managed to cut down on email overload and reduce instances of miscommunication. An AI feature that designs templates or bespoke options through a conversational or chat interface would enhance the experience. It would be beneficial if it could suggest key colors, forms, and develop a timeline during the initial setup, making it cleaner and more efficient.
