All-in-One Project Management with Great Visuals, But Manual Revision Scheduling Needed
What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place. Also, all the automations are great! But the best part are the timelines and calendar format as clients can see the project plan in a very visual format and understand the needs for completing each stage in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a creative team, our projects often require multiple revisions. While we can set up an automatic timeline based on the project category, we still have to enter the revisions manually. The automation currently doesn't recognize when to schedule the next person for the second or third version, which means we need to handle that part ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All information in one place that everyone can access. Automated briefing forms, and reporting
Intuitive and Supportive, But Needs Better Collaboration Options
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive system which can be tailored for any need. The support services are truly fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with colleagues outside of core teams is a challenge. Would be ideal to have a lower level of membership - viewer plus - which allows them to engage with a limited number of columns (e.g., simply comment and select status).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management for cross-team initiatives (e.g., tenders)

The time saving of automation and workflows while keeping my data consistent and easy to access.

Manual tasks that can’t be automated via a workflow, but hoping the new AI tools might be able to help here

What do you like best about the product?
I love how each aspect of the platform speaks to one another. From creating items from docs and automating dashboards directly from boards, everything is super streamlined for accurate data across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to pull features from each product into a custom built solution!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of high level and low level items was a challenge I've experienced when working with multi-faceted projects and clients. monday solves this by keeping everything in clear view, with even more options to stay on top of everything.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to combine all my projects in one location. I can easily combine deadlines in to a calendar view so I can see all my tasks and deadlines in one clear view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have so many projects I struggle to keep on top all multiple boards, but AI it's going to resolve this challenge!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work priority in busy calendars! And combining all projects on one location.

I find it time consuming sometimes to populate all of the the different columns.

It's helping me keep track of fast moving projects and allows me to get notifications to keep on track.

Monday work management is very easy to use, and you can soon be up and running with scaleable project management boards. Once up and running taking your boards to the next level with automations and Workflows is a really easy step.

That font and customer colours are not part of the everyday use

Collating data from multiple suppliers in the form of a questionaire, that can then be presented in visual forms
