What do you like best about the product?
Keeps us organized! We have an efficient and streamlined process down for adding new locations and creating new delivery routes, thanks to Monday.com!
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe making the mobile app a little more user friendly. I admit - I normally just use the web version though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Portfolio management and delivery route creation. It also helps us communicate with our driver when he's on the road.

It's a little compact. When I open subtasks, it can be hard to see many at a time.

It is very easy to get into using and can help build very complex workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The larger your workflow, the more easy it is for things to get messy and difficult to manage. Avoid using too many cross-board automations.

Monday solves issues I have when needing to extract project information via API.

Monday is not fully compatible with QuickBooks, so some work needs to be entered separately in each program.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate the user-friendliness of monday Work Management, especially how it enhances the functionality of the boards. The boards keep everything organized and significantly boost visibility across various projects, which is crucial in a role like mine where managing diverse projects such as legal, marketing, IT, compliance, and product launches is common. The way boards contribute to efficiency by supporting the construction of automations directly enhances our project workflow. Automations provided by monday Work Management are invaluable because they streamline processes by eliminating manual steps, reducing the time needed to complete tasks, and allowing my team and me to focus on more strategic aspects of project management. Overall, the combination of intuitive boards and powerful automations makes it a pivotal tool in improving visibility and efficiency in our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the training curve to be lengthy. I wish there had been a live, group-specific onboarding session tailored to our team's needs. It would be helpful if there were a comprehensive training workshop during the onboarding phase that covered all features of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to improve visibility and organization, solving our previous lack of project awareness. It simplifies tasks with automated processes, making operations more efficient and less time-consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is how easy it is to stay organized. Monday allows me to quickly arrange my to-dos and reminders, so I spend less time managing checklists and more time actually completing the tasks that matter. It really helps me reclaim my time and focus on what needs to get done.

I think it is always growing and I would love to see more and more automations come out. I would like to be able to more easily customize automations and have more options in writing formulas.

My company used to use Microsoft To-Dos to manage our reminders, and now that we have switched to Monday it has just saved so much manual work and really given us the ability to customize our reminders and also easily help cover other people as most everyones Monday board is intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
I like the logical flow of monday Work Management. I like that the developers are reading about what our needs are and trying to implement them. I also appreciate how you can pull quite a few metrics out of it.

I wish there were sub sub tasks and more customizability

Monday is helping me track my portfolio of technology development investment projects. I have specific metrics I need to report and Monday helps with almost all of it.

How clean and playful makes your daily task be.

I have a very in depth form and Monday went through an update and it made everything in my form move and lost purpose.
