What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an extremely intuitive and robust tool that streamlines the project, workflow, and resource management needs for over 1,000 projects. We can customize for our specific use case in ways we never could with competitor tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up dependencies is cumbersome and the logic breaks easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to streamline management of over 1,000 projects and workload of over 140 associates in an efficient and organized way. And automating actions is a big time saver!
A great tool for working with multiple teams
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using Monday to help manage the creative asks that come in for marketing content. It's a good tracker to help us manage workflow and deliverable timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take time to onboard and learn all the options that Monday has to offer. This can be especially tough when bringing in new team members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday provides a place for multiple teams to collaborate. That is especially helpful for us because we are a global brand with offices in several countries.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping track of current projects. Specially like the automation possibilities, makes it easier to sync boards together.I like that outsiders can also look at boards and you can show them what you intend them to see.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you reach a certain point, it can get slow. If we do a monthly review where everyone is looking at the boards, it can take up to minutes to load. This can be frustrating but it's not an every day occurance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow. It has made our workflow a lot smoother. The automations help projects reach it's potential a lot quicker. It also made it easier for us to work with clients, they can look through the tasks - everything became very transparent.

I can keep up to date on specific and company-wide projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's challenging to determine when changes were made unless dates are put in.

Tracking progress on projects and where the delays are.

What do you like best about the product?
You can generally control your work step, and you can upload new required features because of its colorful. It is fun to use. Sometimes it can do some things without you.

We should be able to create a new custom file with information from monday.com.
We can upload a zip file to the application, but we can not upload a zip file to a trigger and an action. Automation can not generally be helpful for subitems.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is obvious to look at and use. So we can tell other people and that people can do their work. I prepare for them after I tell them when they can do everything.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to keep track of priorities, constantly updated about progress and what is happening across the boards
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app could be a bit less cluttered or redesigned so only the most important data is shown without having to swipe across in places

Ordering and scheduling tasks for the most part, keeps it easy to follow

What do you like best about the product?
The monday.com support is the best out there. I can send in a question and it'll be answered within a day. Even questions about functions get answer with just a screenshot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com does break very frequently with automation which does hurt our productivity when that happens. But we get a notification when that happens so we can plan a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps keep oversight amongst the departments on what everyone is working on. And helps us communicate with each other on action items and keeps everyone on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
The project management interface is better than most. I also like the forms that Monday.com offers. They feel far more official than a Google form.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the bugs. There are several quirks of approving requests and questions withing questions on forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves the poor quality of interface that Google has. In our school, the default and internal tech is Google suite. However, for external needs Google feels unofficial and homemade. Monday.com gives us a better quality interface for external facing documents and forms.
Helps Keep me on Track
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great for campaign management across teams, helping each person stay accountable for their area to ensure timelines are met and progress is being made. I also like to use it as a high level overview of what's coming up next so I can prioritize items.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I could create a private board without upgrading to the premium version. It would be great to also have an option to create an overview timeline for campaigns so we can have that as a visual at the top of a board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working effectively across different teams, giving other teams visibility into what I'm doing, managing timelines for campaigns/launches, easily assigning tasks to avoid extra time spent on messages/emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it's been pretty user-friendly. I also like how it's customizable it is to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not particularly a fan of the home page. I think it is a little overstimulating and feels like it could be dialed back.

I love how organized I feel when I use monday.com
