Incredible business tool for tracking costs and productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com keeps track of timelines, billable amounts and history. It is particularly beneficial to me to be able to extract excel spreadsheets from the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Monday is that "emailed items" history does not moved across all boards when our final movement sends the jobs to two different boards (commission and billing). The information is lost in one of the boards. Also, if an automation is created to move items from one board to a "commission board" and a "billing board", and an adjustment is required on the moved item (ie: a billable amount), it would be great if the "commission board" and "billing board" mirrored each other rather an manually adjusting both boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com keeps track of earnings and totals for commissions earned by the estimators. It takes away the manual work. It allows others within the company to view the productivity with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is ideal for keeping everyone up to date on the status of all things! It is easy to use, update, and provides one place for things to stay organized. It can be applied to such a variety of applications - from individual to-do lists/tasks, keeping important information available for everyone, track status of jobs and so much more! The automations are a huge time saver too. I don't know how we ever did it with Monday.com. Would definitely recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I dislike about monday.com and feel like I'm always coming across new ways to incorporate it into our workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped resolve the mystery of who files are with at any particular instance which allows us to better update our clients. With so many clients, it provides a centralized place to add notes, view status, and communicate with team members all in one place. This is a huge time and sanity saver!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to track your individual workload and automation for mving things around is reall useful. Easy to setup and add members and groups to projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timer can sometimes be a little finnicky. Having to select a from and to time can be frustrating if I just want to add a couple of hours on a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Purely time management is benefitting me the most along with the gantt charts.

Ease of use and customization for every aspect of our business. We easily integrated our entire pipeline into Monday. We use it for every day tasks.

The reliance on internet service makes it a little risky in case there is no service

The organizational features that allows for workflow to be done with ease.

Sometimes its not user friendly, when things are changed or deleted, if its done by accident, its hard to retrieve the item.

Scheduled tasks are managed promptly and properly.

What do you like best about the product?
It's practical and very visual. You don't have to be a trained project manager to learn how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could innovate new and better ways to track projects, plan sprints, and especially plan for team workloads. I think more innovation would be better.

It helps the marketing team plan for their weekly tasks and priorities.

Of course it's great for planning but I love how it keeps the team organized. It's easy to use and our entire team navigate it with no problems!

All the automations and itegrations. Really useful API that lets us integrate the integra management of our company, from project management to invoicing.

Automations and integrations are amazing, but they need to be even more flexible.

What do you like best about the product?
Like many people I like to be organised but what I like about Monday is the ability to organise in terms of stages of a project. I post on social media for multiple clients and Monday allows me to divide up my progress across copy, graphics and scheudleing for clients.

Not many things, I don't like the new calandar but it's not because the new version is bad, just that I liked the old one more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves a lot of cross team commmunciation. Our agency has everyone using Monday. People can open a baord and see the tasks that need doing and wha has been completed then judge how well the project is coming along.
