What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling tasks, asigning tasks, automatically chaintasks (follow up), overview about which work is done and what is left.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the option to assign a deadline date. (But maybe I missed it)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves problems in the workflow when working with different persons/parties.

What do you like best about the product?
The automations that you can set up and split your workloads into parts that are more easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications you get from assigned assets and when u turn these off the bulk you get when you log in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving our lare amount of tasks that we have regarding splitting our product based tasks where we have a lot of products and need to carefully look after them.

Project and campaign management made easy!

What do you like best about the product?
I have so much stuff to keep track of. Some of it is project related, some of it is managing 80+ marketing events. Monday helps me keep on top of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to have different column heads for events that are under a general category, but are their own events. Today, if I change one column, everything changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve the issue of keeping dozens of projects organized, up-to-date and on time with owners. This helps me stay on top of all my projects and campaigns events.

Flexible and customizable for many business purposes

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been super helpful in centralizing and streamlining many processes that are shared by multiple people/teams. We use it to track projects of all sizes, onboarding and offboarding processes, as a ticketing system, and other aspects of workflow. We can add all sorts of automations and customizations to make it work almost exactly how we want it to which saves time and reduces chances of errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with email and related functionality is available but is clunky and not ideal. Periodic downtime and interruption in service which causes automations not to run and be potentially missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking multi-tasks processes that span multiple users and long period of time. Tracking system change requests and IT tickets. Centralized location to keep many employees up to date on projects (progress, comments, etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's very user friendly and it keeps record of all people who view comments and posts. I also like the colour scheme to it for data managing. Its nice
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very mobile friendly, it's hard to configure through the app and view notifications especially when there's link attached to the column with files, it also is hard to view the actual post when you click the notification
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily post my videos through Vimeo links and it has record if everyone's comments for changes so we don't have to go back and forth to see everyone's change requests

What do you like best about the product?
The easy and practical way to organize information, the Gantt chart also helps me to locate where I am and when I should achieve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timecard functionality isn´t easy to use and requires more patience to fill up the data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MDC is reducing the need to use other resources to manage my projects, which brings me more efficiency and productivity on a daily basis. Nowadays, I am able to deliver projects on time and reduce the involved risks.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Possible to use for PMO, Performance and process system;

1.1. PMO: Control schedule, success and delivery of hundred projects

1.2. Performance: Possible to create a system to control all the KPIs

1.3 Process: Possible to control all the process and create the routine
What do you dislike about the product?
In processes, it is hard to create a robust flow natively. For example: if I would like to make a process with various steps, all of them required to consider the process finished, It is not possible. The system cannot guarantee that all the steps will be concluded before the end of the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Embrace all kind of solutions inside the platform (HR: Recruiting, Training, Collaborator Data; Projects: Project management, PMO; Performance: OKR control, Goals; Process: Control workflows, create workflows (all kinds of). That said, the most significant benefit is integrating all these departments.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that you are able to collaborate on projects and link documents and files for quick reference. It's also extremely helpful that you can reply to emails and attach them to the board/conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that it can be overwhelming and difficult to learn to use. There are so many features that sometimes it's hard to decide what to use and when. I think it would be helpful if there were more examples of ways that the different features can be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping everyone to know the status of a project at a quick glance which is beneficial and save times on meetings

What do you like best about the product?
For us, the best about monday.com is that the platform is so intuitive and friendly for beginners. Monday.com can help on corporative culture change looking forward to Project Management practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor bugs related to automation and some server instabilities, that occurs less than twice a semester.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To collect information about the company's working pipeline, leadtime, tasks management, reports and dashboards.
Now we´re collecting precious information that leads us to improve our working process.
