A Fully Customizable Experience

What do you like best about the product?
I love that monday.com gives you so many options in how to set up your experience and make things work for your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is so customizable, it can be a bit overwhelming, knowing where to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is allowing the organization to more effectively cross-collaborate across teams, which is something we struggled with in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
The organizational layout of Monday.com is great. It is fairly straightforward to learn. It helps me keep my tasks organized and is user friendly! I look forward to experimenting and learning more within monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any major difficulties with monday.com yet. It would be cool if you could customize color schemes a little more (rather than just the light/dark etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps eliminate long email chains and is a great collaboration tool. I love that it has time tracking built in and keeps all of the project files organized.

Organized and helpful

What do you like best about the product?
Using monday.com for the full-funnel sales process has been extremely helpful for my team. Working in separate boards for deals in the pipeline, being considered, and those that are nearing launch or have launched has kept things organized for different teams involved in different parts of the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced many downsides to monday.com, except the obvious possibility that the website is occasionally down, so when our team does a large percentage of our work on the site and it is down we are unable to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping things organized and maintaining paper trails that often get lost over Slack or email. This is keeping teams more accountable and increasing productivty.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very intuitive. I can organize all my work using various tags, assign it to relevant team members, and share links. It reduces continuous back and forth between team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't get the chance to explore all the options, but I believe it is a bit overkill for someone who has just started a business. There could be a dialed down version for someone looking for simpler interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a distributed team, working from different corners of the world. We were having trouble determining each other's priorities. After adding all our tasks it became clear what needed to be done and who is free to take up additional projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about monday.com is the reporting tools and integrations that are available for you to use. Since we have been using this software to manage projects, build reports, and keep track of daily tasks. Our IT department has increased productivity and organization in the workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some dislikes of monday.com include some functions in the downloaded client not being available for you. For example, while using the desktop client, I can't seem to print out reports using various file types (PNG, JPG, Etc.). However, this is available in the web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is helping us with reporting and also conducting things like surveys. Since using monday.com, we can track more analytics than before and build reports from that data. One major problem that our institution struggles with is reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the project management ability within site. It gives you an opportunity to share it with people within your organization and also outside of our organization. I have worked in a few Project management systems, and this application is very people-friendly and makes sharing information throughout our organization easy! Plus, the name alone reminds you to check your projects first thing in the morning or on MONDAYS!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of the app. The mobile app is terrible and doesn't read very well on your phone. It is much easier for us to bookmark the website and log on that way than using the app. this need to be addressed and worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with project accountability. My team works on multiple projects at a time for our agency. Being able to hop into various projects for teams helps us with responsibility and time management with the projects we have coming up.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very user-friendly and intuitive, requiring minimal to no training.
What do you dislike about the product?
As other departments saw how we are using Monday.com they also wanted to use it - so our license fee keeps increasing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a centralized place to manage projects, assign tasks and keep everyone on the same page as to status. Instead of having to push out updates about project status and deliverable dates, all users can log in and get real-time updates. It also enables us to hold people accountable as it clearly shows who a task is assigned to and the associated due date.

What do you like best about the product?
One platform to store and maintain all projects, tasks, activities and track it with effective collaboaration. I am able to track and plan any items which are inter department and the actual project management and tracking happens through this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such till now.. Sometimes the window has too much stuff to view but that is how you can configure your view and items on the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective Collaboration across items.. One view where i can track projects/ ad hoc activities and events

Very Useful Tool for Our Needs

What do you like best about the product?
I can set up various boards for our needs; we have one for EEs on LOA, one for on-demand payments, and one for payroll tasks. And you can grant access to only those who need it for each board, and you can lock specific fields from being edited by others. Extremely customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took some time to get used to how to use it. However, it is easy to play with it to learn the different features and options. We seem to get notifications of system issues more often than with other systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having one place to house all our projects and task lists and track various payroll items easily accessible by everyone who needs to use them, without having to ask IT for a specific drive or secure location to store those items. We can grant access, remove it as needed, and make fields editable or lock them for our use only.
