A great collaborative tool
What do you like best about the product?
You can track the progress of different projects and customize the settings to suit your and your team's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little expensive and sometimes the customer support is not always there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes collaboration and tracking so much easier, reduces the number of emails and calls due to being able to check status' yourself.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows everyone to knows whats going on and where what is. The mobile app helps for on the go team members to stay in touch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find Monday.com can become rather expensive

Monday.com has helping with solving accountability issues and time management

Monday has helped me automate many tasks for my business saving us man hours and headaches. I love the veratility!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit intimidating to employess that are not used to learning new technology. I worry they will mess up my system on accident, so i have limited their capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday handles many tasks that used to be manual by providing the ability to automate and track, while also providing a visual for our workflow.
Excellent way to get a lot of data organized
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has transformed our job scheduling from an excel sheet to a highly visual and intutive tool that we rely on to meet production demands. We are using Monday to rioritze projuects, track our progress, then create reporting KPI's that we have used to help us improve our business - and sustain the results. Simple to understand, easy to use and customize to any process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The largest downside is not even a MONDAY issue, it's our ERP and that these programs do not comunicate requiring redundant entires. However, the benfits of Monday outweight this inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling and project tracking/kanban

The platform is easy to navigate, friendly with lots of fun emoticons and keeps me informed of all the projects others are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The calendar is not as intuitive as I would like when loggin more than one day for vacation, etc.

Great project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Creating, adding tasks, and getting an overview of projects and campaigns is easy, making it easier to work together in the team and with cross-company teams on different projects. Furthermore, I like that it's connected to Slack and other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had a better dashboard that could give me an overview of all tasks I own or am involved with, in addition to adding internal tasks for me only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, project collaboration, to-do-list, overview of tasks connected to other systems etc.

Great Organizational Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we can gather resources and links, timeline out projects and assign tasks! This tool can help with project organization, it is also a great place to store resources or info for a team to be able to reference. Monday can be started up and began so quickly/easily-- new staff members learn it quickly and can use it as needed. Our team uses Monday on a DAILY basis!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be difficult to navigate once you get lots of information on there, this comes down to them remembering where you put certain resources. Simply organizing your Monday boards well and ensureing proper label usage can help lessen this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is helpign our start up comany more easily share and track down resources. It also allows us to communicate to the whole organization about various ongoing projects, their timeslines and key developers.
Great way to keep track of scheduled and upcoming jobs.

The interaction monday.com gives you to be able to keep a detailed account of each job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. From my use of monday.com it has everything I need to make my job easier.
