Very complete tool for task management
What do you like best about the product?
The E-mail reminders and Teams integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nested tasks do not inherit the attributes of the parent task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grouping of tasks, creation of specific fields and management of the time dedicated to each task.
Very nice platform to work with different teams within one company

The workload-board where I can easily manage between different tasks and days.

The workload board loads to slow.

Great design, very easy to use and collaborate with your team.

It is limiting having to use the pre existing sheets and tables. May be good to provide freedom to teams in this regard

Project management and busy workflow collaborations within teams. This ensures a fast and easy updates from each member of the team. This is apparent in efficient working hours.
Using Monday for event planning and management
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Monday provides a place where I can connect people who are volunteers with my events as well as those who work inside my organization. They can all see the same goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is not the most intuitive for those who are new to platforms like this, but with a little training I've found this can be overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday solves the problem of everyone walking away from a meeting having heard different things and having different understanding of our next steps forward. When it's documented in Monday.com it's clear and we can act on it
Game changer for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
We love keeping our team up-to-date with project statuses and individual tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could link tables and pulses easier. I know there are some workarounds and paid solutions, but it's still very difficult!

Keeping track of what everyone is doing! We can hold people accountable (including myself).

What do you like best about the product?
Helps to organize our project tasks. User Friendly, lucid and easily managable. My most beloved feature is automatically move to other category upon respective update.

As of now nothing. Everything is at its best.

Able to collate the tasks in to our custom categories based on their progress updates.

Monday.com is used as our I.T ticketing system where users can submit a ticket for their issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using Monday.com are that it is very easy to use and to customize, so seeing what still needs to get done is fast and clear for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating a new task, I need to remove all filters from my present view or it will "disappear" and I'll have to look for it...
Also, I would like to be able to create subtasks and handle them as if they were tasks (this is just a personal preference)
