What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of click and drag updating to job boards
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lags and I have to revist to complete a task
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a communications hub for my team to interact and collaborate on projects, as well as add and asign jobs within the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Keeping on top of my work is easy and manageable. It helps to remind me of upcoming tasks and gives me the ability to schedule tasks in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many notifications. Monday sends too many updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me time by organising tasks for me, and quickly. The reminders are great however are sometimes too regular.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. I was able to implement this into my daily work routine with no problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manual entry is probably its biggest downfall. If someone does not update their project then everything tends to get backed up in terms of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving our company a single place for all of our project planning. We used to fly by the seam of our pants when it came to new products and updating of current products. Monday allows the entire company to see where the projects are and how long it may take.

What do you like best about the product?
it's so easy to use and set up. I love that, as a leader, i can see everything at a glance. Whenver we need any help, we get in touch with a customer service rep or our account manager ASAP and they're always very willing to help and take the time we need. Integrating Monday into slack was super easy as well, so i dont even need monday open all the time, I can just see the messages pop up. As a team, we all use Monday every day and have had no complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
i really can't think of any. It checks all the boxes that we look for in a project management tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as a leader, i really needed something to visually see all the projects that my team was working on, how far along they were in the project, files that were relevant to the project, the abilty to be alerted when changes to the project occured (completed, on hold, etc.).

Monday helps me daily to stay more productive. Besides being a perfect channel for work, it helps me organize my day, my agenda, and always have the file I need at my fingertips.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the collaboration that we can achieve. It makes everything streamlined and organized. Implementation was easy. The customer service is fast and very helpful. We also integrate with other programs we use, which makes processes better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more integrations with Google, like chat, calendar, and email right in Monday.com.

A manageable workflow with integration and collaboration.

There is no down side. It is an amazing tool to integrate with most of your other applications.
