Adaptable to our growing company!

What do you like best about the product?
Data management has been a breeze with the help of different types of columns you can add to your board depending on your needs - I have a variety of tasks at work that I do on the daily from marketing to communications to project management and I have no problems doing any of it and just customize my workflow as needed!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we have custom needs that weren't available in the past, but I think now that their marketplace has more choices compared to the past years, I should look into revisiting some features we need again! Their support team replies quite fast and everyone is always so nice and accommodating!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see everything at a glance and customize views as needed - as a visual person, this is very important to me since we handle quite a large volume of data and using filters for just about anything makes reporting, business strategy and analysis a breeze!

Great way to organize your specific needs for the company

What do you like best about the product?
Very customizable. Through Monday, we were able to help find a way to organize and navigate our company needs which our software could not do for us. We now have a place that all the staff can go to find what it is we need or where we are with a certain project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There tends to be a lot of glitches where an item is not moved over to a new board when its supposed too or if it is moved over, it is duplicated several times for no reason at all. Unsure why that occurs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our clinic ensure we receive the documents we need for upcoming appointments. Using monday.com much like a checklist and it is a very helpful easy checklist that makes everyones work easier and more simplified. An excellent way to keep track of credentialing or projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The variations in display and workspaces is great. Also how customisable status tags are.

Perhaps some further integration into Outlook to set tasks/meetings.

Helps Keep Our Marketing Team Organized and Efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing Monday.com has been huge for the team I work with. We used to struggle with tasks that required multiple team members. We mostly worked through email or slack and Monday has been way easier to track than email and slack. We're more organized and efficient than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of any glaring flaws. Our only real issue are user errors, which obviously can't be blamed on the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems it's solving is keeping the team on the right task and completing tasks more efficiently.

Fast Project Management and Coordination

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use. The user interface is beautiful, simple, and personalizable. Monday.com makes it easy to track work and coordinate with large groups - to keep everyone on the same page in a way that is easy for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards cannot include more than 10 Boards simultaneously, limiting their usability. This is something that may not be a factor for other people, but our research team has 15+ projects at one time, so it would be helpful to be able to pull all of our boards into the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the problem of ensuring work is visible to all team members, and that steps within the project are coordinated with stakeholders aligned on who is taking on the work, when it will be completed, and what's next. It really streamlines our operations.

Monday.com has all the features we need

What do you like best about the product?
UX and functions are clear and (mostly) intuitive; The deciding factor for our team between Monday.com and competitors was ability to assign multiple users to same task, excellent NPO discount, and structured approach to complex tasks, such as adding automations or integrating 3rd party apps. The help guides and community are detailed and accessible. Absolutely love that they added the 'monday doc' feature since we started using the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are 'too' intuitive, that we're not sure how to use them, ie. shortcut features or 'built ins' may have 'how to's and help guides, but not easy to find them. Existing supports for onboarding are helpful, but it would be great to have a Monday.com expert provide examples on how to set up or expand boards and workspaces across a team. While our team knows 'how' to use Monday.com through the onboarding/help guides, we are still missing that next level of integration in fully leveraging the platform as a tool for communciation and collaboration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, project management and collaboration were segmented across different platforms and mediums and were largely user dependent for access and monitoring. Now we centralize information and outputs all in one place that can be viewed and accessed at different levels of the organization and help us closely monitor and track progress over time

Love Monday.com for organizing team workflows

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been great for creating team workflows. It allows my team and me to collaborate in an efficient and effective way. And, all of the different board options allow us to organize any type of project. Overall it's a very versatile, collaborative and user-friendly project management software!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I haven't found anything I dislike. Learning how to use all of the different automations took a little bit of time, but overall I think Monday.com is a fantastic tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped the Foundation I work for streamline our collaborative processes and better organize all of our projects and their associated tasks. Overall it's made us more efficient, organized and collaborative.

What do you like best about the product?
Organize all itens of my day. The possibilities to put the itens in order e classificate them it's great!

I can't think in one thing that I dislike about Monday.com. Maybe that the website it's not too intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
It allows an individual to organize their tasks, it provides transparency to other team members, and tracks changes, who made them, and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to synthesize a large number of boards onto a dashboard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the team to all see a task's status and pull up the notes and updates.
It allows a team member to organize their to-do list by deadline across many boards.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helped me utilize the mental skills that allowed me to control and coordinate mental functions and abilities such as planning, organizing, using working memory, prioritizing, or starting and finishing tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com never forced me out of my hyperfocused states because I sometimes forgot to take breaks. Failing to take breaks made me feel like nothing existed beyond what I was focusing on, and I couldn't pull away until everything was done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working Memory. Monday.com is a system that temporarily stores and processes the information I need for much more complex tasks such as reasoning, comprehension, and learning.
