Excellent Product and Service
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to connect and streamline all internal processes within our organisation with on hand, quick support from a knowledgeable team. Added bonus with the frequent webinars and training videos
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the equation function is difficult to use and does not always fit purpose. Other apps also offer templates for sheets which would be really useful for Monday
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining our processes. Allowing us to connect our website and create a CRM specific to our needs and communicate both internally and externally keeping information contained and up to date in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive tool that doesn't require an expensive software consulting company for setup up, and management of our account.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some minor disadvantages when it comes to format, user functions, and consistency when it comes to the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, communication, and task management. With Monday.com, everything is now in one platform, which greatly improves communication across different workgroups.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple way you can customize and manage your workflow and a massive amount of information with it. The status column is my favorite!
What do you dislike about the product?
The inconsistency in the connect columns and a lack of more explained good practices and used examples cases. It's dangerous to depend on the connecting column with a massive number of cards and info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It´s solving the problem of managing various leads in the recruitment pipeline, enhancing my productivity with the customizable status columns, different colors, and an easy-to-use platform.

I think there's always room for improvement. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed having so much options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us keep track of our productions, from conception to finish.
Very positive experience, helps increase team communication.
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy way to have team members keep track of progress on multiple projects at once. Members can be notified when action is required on their part, set deadlines, post updates, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be cumbersome to keep updated at all times, and not entirely clear as to where completed projects are stored that you have a list of completed tasks at the end of a quarter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of a wide-variety of projects and problems our team is facing. It helps us stay on track with deadlines as well as ensuring that team members are contributing their assigned roles to a project.
Very useful platform
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other platform, I find Monday.com easy to use. I like how it's designed.

I sometimes find it hard to find tasks that have been archived.

It's great to be able to track how the project is progressing and who is looking into it rather than having lots of emails where things can get lost.

Useful tool for organizing projects
What do you like best about the product?
The features in monday.com have been very valuable in collaborating with other colleagues across different teams, especially when it comes to monitoring progress for milestones.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very intuitive as an interface for day-to-day project tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.come has been a big help with structuring our strategic commitments and assigning multiple team members to project milestones.
Flexible and efficient platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a flexible, complete and easy to customize platform for our needs. It is also possible to connect it with several other common software, which makes it an ideal tool to centralize information from different places. The technical support is very good and the platform is constantly evolving!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform is a bit slow to respond (after some automation for example) and some features need more development. For now, we have to use Make to do what we cannot do in Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a platform that could connect easily with all of our other tools so that we could have only one management project tool in the company instead of several. Monday is helping us have everything in the same place and allows us to export reports and dashboards easily from all our data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the whole team can see where a project/tasks are at in the process at a glance. It's very user-friendly, just needed to watch a couple of tutorials, and I had it figured out. I show my team a new tutorial video every week at our huddles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike yet. If I had to say something, it would be more training, and templates for team dashboards would be nice. That could be out there, and I just haven't found it yet tho.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a better way than just using Google Docs to manage projects and collaborate with automation. We use Monday.com for huddles and personal task management on the IT team.
Great tool for managing projects and data
What do you like best about the product?
The use of Monday is very intuitive and gets stuff done. We use it as a checklist for training new colleagues, keep track of our team projects and gather data in it through forms. It's awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
No bad feedback. My colleagues are the people who setup Monday, I only use it operationally. And on this front I absolutely love it.
