For me, the best software for (and not limited to) Projects, Performance and process.
What do you like best about the product?
1. Possible to use for PMO, Performance and process system;
1.1. PMO: Control schedule, success and delivery of hundred projects

What do you dislike about the product?
In processes, it is hard to create a robust flow natively. For example: if I would like to make a process with various steps, all of them required to consider the process finished, It is not possible. The system cannot guarantee that all the steps will be concluded before the end of the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Embrace all kind of solutions inside the platform (HR: Recruiting, Training, Collaborator Data; Projects: Project management, PMO; Performance: OKR control, Goals; Process: Control workflows, create workflows (all kinds of). That said, the most significant benefit is integrating all these departments.
Great System with lots of features
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that you are able to collaborate on projects and link documents and files for quick reference. It's also extremely helpful that you can reply to emails and attach them to the board/conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that it can be overwhelming and difficult to learn to use. There are so many features that sometimes it's hard to decide what to use and when. I think it would be helpful if there were more examples of ways that the different features can be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping everyone to know the status of a project at a quick glance which is beneficial and save times on meetings
Monday.com is like facebook but for companies
What do you like best about the product?
When you have hundreds or thousands of projects running simultaneously, using filters to catch the one you would like to prioritize is nice. This lets you track who already views your comments and give quick access to information for the right users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like how the app for iOS (using iPhones) works; I think it could be considerably better. Find a project was a nightmare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com help the workflow of people. We don't need to work from the office anymore.

A good platform for video workflow
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Monday to manage our video content workflow and it is being amazing. One of the best things about it is we can centralise our feedbacks to a big team of editors and producers and really streamline our processes, reducing review time and leveraging our publishing timeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides of Monday is that for some people it may appear a bit unfriendly at first glance. It takes took a bit of time for everyone in the team to get use to it but it is not something that would impact so much in the decision of using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to streamline our video content production process.
Quality visibility with constant updates
What do you like best about the product?
The friendly interface that allows me to navigate between different boards, report the status of projects, make my delivery schedule visible to myself and others, and maintain tactical communication to resolve difficulties or doubts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the functions of the boards are so many and I have not found enough resources to be able to take full advantage of them. I'd like to see maybe some guided tutorials, or if they exist, I would like more visibility of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It maintains the visibility, communication and status of the projects, as well as all the team members involved, on the same platform. In my day-to-day work, monday.com helps me to stay focus depending on the priorities and do the trades off necessaries in the function of the visibility.
User Friendly Design
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user-friendly design, its very easy to figure out and use. Its so nice for collaboration with my team and keeping track of what everyone is working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the boards could have different columns in each group, i think that would be helpful.

Monday.com is powerful project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a powerful project managing tool, with many options to connect teams. I've been using it for 9 months now and I know that I've only scratched the surface of what it can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any SAS, there is a learning curve, and Monday.com is no different. Because there are many options, sometimes it's difficult to figure out how to do something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run a cooperative marketing program and Monday.com is useful to track participation and ad inventory.
Monday.com has helped our team have better organization, delegation, and forecasting.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible the dashboards are in summarizing the data we enter. It seems that we can do almost anything we want to analyze individual projects or our company forecast as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am used to using excel and there are some things that I would like to do that I can't figure out...maybe there are ways to do what I want, but I haven't been successful in figuring it out
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the things that we use Monday.com for is project workload for our individual teams and our company as a whole. We can put in individual or group capacities and see how they stack up to our upcoming workload.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a user-friendly project management tool that makes our teams' lives easier. It is an excellent tool for streamlining processes and allows you to be creative!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, at this time, I cannot think of a dislike. The tool is constantly evolving and coming out with new updates and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping solve reporting. We can now build dashboards to show performance in a visually pleasing way. Monday.com makes creating widgets and sharing data with cross-functional teams easy.
