Monday.com has an huge influence on how we manage marketing projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the capability of Monday.com to integrate with third-party software, enabling the integration of automation into our project processes. This integration helps to eliminate repetitive tasks, minimize excess communication and email exchanges, and enable us stay informed about project developments as they occur.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new users , it can be hard to keep track of multiple dependencies when using Monday.com. This is particularly challenging when we use Monday.com to manage larger projects with several cards to be moved, thus creating complexities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is deployed within my department for managing our marketing projects. We use it to centralize all our project work, including : silos, processes, files and tools. Centralizing our project work helps to maximize productivity by streamlining work across all teams within my department.
Very user friendly and easy to look at
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is one of my favorites. I enjoy the color scheme and the layouts much more than I do with other like services. I find it to be more user friendly and easier to look at for a long time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really have any complaints, other than the fact that they dont seem to have the same capablities for tech teams to collaborate as some of the others which is what ultimately ended up making our company switch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helped me to organize my thoughts, tasks, projects and allowed me to collaborate with my teammates. It assigned accountability and awareness to leadership and ultimately ensured that especially in group projects that I was not left doing all the work and then sharing the credit. it became very easy to demonstrate who did what.
Simplifies Project Management and Business Operations
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has helped us organize countless business processes, from marketing and sales to project management. The UI is very user-friendly & can be integrated with various software. The tool is so robust - I'm sure there are capabilities we haven’t even tapped into yet!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application is great for receiving notifications and updates on the go but lacks a few essential features, which makes it challenging for team members to access specific boards/tasks remotely. The app also doesn't refresh automatically at times. I am hoping future updates will resolve these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps our team stay organized and on track with the daily tasks. It is easy to keep up to date with the status of projects and what tasks need to be completed. It also saves time by enabling automated emails and integrations with other software like Jira.
Excellent service delivery
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Monday.com simplifies co-working. It makes it easier for me to submit reports and see the projects my colleagues are working on. I have tried other project management tools in the past but for me, Monday.com is on another level. The interface is beautiful, easy to use and user-centric.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit difficult to open sometimes in a low connectivity area. Without strong internet connection, there could be some issues using it. I would suggest if the website can further be optimized for those of us staying in developing countries where our internet connection is not as strong as First world Nations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is the major business problem Monday.com is solving for me and my colleagues with the different options and outlays available in the Boards. I personally like the Facebook Ads integration into our boards

Keeping all my documents together in one place with each project being able to be tracked with time lines

Learning to use all its possibilities . Would like an easier guide or helpline i guess but still ok

Simple project/task management
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very easy to learn and use. It is also highly customizable. It's great for tracking tasks and projects across a team of people without being too rigid or complex.
What do you dislike about the product?
They try to bill Monday.com as a panacea for tracking business information. It is not. For example, it doesn't work very well as a CRM (even for a small organization), but for keeping track of, managing, and communicating on tasks and projects it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of roadmap items. Managing work in progress. Project request forms. Assigning work. Communicating with stakeholders. Document and requirements storage.
Adaptable with good centralization
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up a project and tasks for it is easy once you get the hang of it. I find it more forgiving than Microsoft Project. I like that you can indicate the work status with color coding. I appreciate the ability to communicate directly about a specific task and attach materials and information to it. Its drag-and-drop capability of it is also appreciated. The other thing I LOVE is the app for the phone, so I can be connected to it and get notifications. It makes life easy on the road!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the overall layout can be challenging; sometimes, it can be a lot of scrolling. Sometimes it's not initially intuitive to other users, especially individuals not versed on Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping decentralized teams connected. It gives a central point of contact and connection over the tasks we share and contribute. It functions like our home base and allows us to confidently know where to start with work if we are uncertain.

The friendly interface and the easy-of-use functionalities that need barely few training and experience.

The amount of possibilities of integrations and automatizations that need further instructions and training in order that you can take profit of them.

The organization of projects and tasks. Our Department is more connected than ever.
Great project management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that all team members can view the boards and keep track of the projects they are currently working on. It allows for us to do a quick glance and know where we stand on the timeline of events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets confusing between boards and dashboards. I've come to learn that you need to make sure the board you are using is not set to private so that everyone on the team can view it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we all work remote and are located in various places around the US, using an online tool like this allows us to be more productive without constantly having to email each other back and forth to ask simple questions.
Performance and progress management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Project progress at one place, what points are left behind and what areas are covered we can see at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
If it's performance based on project load gets better that would help a lot in referring multiple details at a time
