Keeps Everything Tracked and Everyone Accountable
What do you like best about the product?
Monday keeps track of all of my individual tasks. It is the first place I go in the morning and the last place I check at night to prioritize my work. And it's easy to use. Many non-tech people successfuly learned this program on the fly during crunch time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have many teams with many boards, and it's not always easy to find where certain things are tracking that I may need to reference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com shows where each content item is in the publishing process. The comment cards are a huge help in being able to see the history of work and being able to tag people to let them know you need their help or approval. And everyone on the team can see these, so it keeps people accountable for their participation in the process. Plus, we have metrics of how long items take to move through each stage of production.

Automations and ease of ability to build, connectivity, unified communications bridging gaps between teams and departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formula columns can be difficult to fully utilize and understand, some lack of automations (i know they are always being updated)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have taken our company to being about 90% digital in our total work flow in the past year and a half since signing on. We have been able to digitally build out our work flows, find gaps and fix said gaps in our workflow, increase our efficiency and cutdown on confusion and lack of communications.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is the best way to communicate with your co-workers about a clients engagement conversation that maybe good or may need immediate response and action can be taken immediately by working closely with other team members.
I love how you can add information and it is easy to edit information, when you may have reported a client was not in communication and a few hours later they respond and you able to go back to a earlier communication and update what took place.

What do you dislike about the product?
Monday can be sensitive when reporting information take your, write clear and precise it is always good to recheck your information, if you spelled something wrong and save it everyone can see the error. I do not like that everyone can see the incorrect spelling but I do like that I can go back in and put in the correction easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with staff members, and immediate response if needed if you have crisis situation that needs immediate attention

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is a great tool to use to keep me on track with all my project taks and timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to archive my boards as my projects change year over year and sometimes it is great to reference my notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create timelines and tasks and share with my team. It is a great task and project tracker.

I love the fact that monday.com is completely flexible and adapts to my needs. The fact that it is always evolving to get a better every single day is absolutely fantastic.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would only say the things that I dislike about Monday is that set of functionality that you can get on Excel is not available for the formula and editing perspective.

What do you like best about the product?
managing to have everything as organized as possible, in the same place, and to-do lists! i use it each day for 8 hours, and it's really easy to integrate and implement!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike at the moment!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time management, and working with more than four teams at the same time - it benefits me as I'm working on different fronts (campaign management and media planning) so I have everything separated but still in one place.

Monday.com has been an invaluable tool for our team. The ability to centralize our work, processes, tools and files has been a game changer for our marketing team.

There isn't much to dislike about Monday.com. It is an incredible tool. My only wish is that it could store large video files.

Monday.com provided our team with the ability to centralize all our work, processes, tools, and files into one tool. It helps ensure we are all on the same page and meet important deadlines. I cannot imagine life without it.

The mobile app sometimes doesn't upload all the data for all users.

Best Way to track PROJECTS
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very useful tool to track the various steps of our project. It also sends us reminder when our project deadline is approaching. We can attach emails to our project steps which is really benefcial when we are tracking it after so many days.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to explore the monday.com features on regular basis, so there should be tutorials for the same.
