Great for Team Collaboration, But Features Can Be Overwhelming

Great Task Visualization and Integration, Needs More Customizable Views
What do you like best about the product?
Helps visualize our team's tasks in one easy to use view and integrates with our email and teams so updates can be turned into notifications to keep everyone in the loop
What do you dislike about the product?
Different ways to visualize the information could be more helpful - so just more advanced views which are segmented by user, by task type etc - making this a lot more flexible and customisable would help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By having tasks documented and assigning owners and who is also responsible on these tasks/projects, we create accountability and makes everyone aware of what their role is in the processes we carry out - this avoids any tasks being missed or work being duplicated
Simple Platform with Room for Smarter Task Automation
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the platform. It's generally very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some platform limitations such as not having the capability to have tickets for ongoing monthly tasks that automatically populate in task boards when you close the predecessor. A more simple and holistic way of looking at team capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's perfect for managing the large number of tasks and projects and ensuring that the team at any given moment know their priorities and the timeline to complete them.
Beautiful UI and Smart Notifications, But Resource Planning Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very smooth and visually appealing, and the notifications and tagging options are great especially being able to update via email chains directly into update threads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The disconnect between resource planners and the schedule sheets is a big blocker for utilising resource management and limitations on indentation levels for more detailed project plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single pane of glass for viewing project progress and updates across towers, and a seamless intake and demand process for new projects.

friendly user interface (easy to use), good access types (I.e. viewer access for those outside of immediate project team).

Roll up of boards & items / sub items can look clunky (no way to condense updates on dashboards / reports)

The dashboards are visually oriented, making them easier for non-technical users to navigate and use.

No real hierarchical control for large orgs (like “master project → subprojects”).

I can instantly see which patterns are in sampling, approval, or production.

I like that monday Work Management is easy to use, helps keep tasks organized, and boosts team collaboration. It makes work smoother and more efficient.

I dislike that monday Work Management can get expensive, and sometimes it has too many features that make it confusing.

Monday Work Management helps keep our tasks organized and team communication clear. It makes project tracking easier and boosts overall productivity.
Agile and Flexible Management with Monday Work Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love that monday Work Management allows me to create specific forms for my team to request transportation for field missions, thus facilitating the organization of the vehicle departure schedule. Additionally, I find that the customized boards are very useful as they offer me the flexibility to create different types of projects and schedules. The setup process, despite initially seeming overwhelming due to the number of features, turned out to be quite simple by following the available options. It also helps me to be agile in vehicle assignment and to precisely control their use, knowing who is using each vehicle, at what time, and at what hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like Monday Work Management to allow working offline. It would also be useful to better integrate the tool to optimize or perform analysis of the generated tables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to organize vehicle requests and track field activities, improving agility and accuracy in resource usage.
