The best tool for everything
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build whatever you want. A CRM, stocklist, calendar, service. It's awesome that you have all the tools to create these things. Beside that Monday gives you the opportunity to keep learning about their new functions. Webinars, events, academy. Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some easy automations don't exist (yet) I'm sure this will get tackled in the future. Would be nice to have the ability to go for a certification (paid & free option)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a small company. Monday allows us to stay in touch with our workforce easily. No need to call/mail everyone; you can track and communicate on the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
you are abel to follow up on real time the onboarding process to our vis tool MAcroPoint, you can also chat directly with the MAcroPoint team for faster assistance
What do you dislike about the product?
the filters are too complicated to use, and if you misplace one you will not be able to search, we should also add more search filters that would make it better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
this is making the onboarding process much faster, the carriers that require assistance are easily spotted due to the differenmt groups that Monday separates them in
Excellent organization
What do you like best about the product?
I work with a big team and with a lot of projects at the same time, It is very easy to organize myself, update the status and upload various comments. It's better than looking through email chains or in a chat
What do you dislike about the product?
What would make Monday perfect would be to have more capacity to upload and share very large files, because I dislike that I have to share a file via drive or transfer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
easy to find information. In the emails the information is scrambled with many topics and in messages it is impossible to find anything. It helps me to have messages on a specific topic and everything scheduled

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com integrates with the business tools and applications that I already use in the workplace. This supercharges our project management processes , helping my team to complete tasks faster. By integrating Monday.com with specific software programs, we are successfully building workflows that simplifies administrative tasks and automates our project notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Task dependencies can only be set through dates on the Monday.com project management platform. This makes them less functional for their intended use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used for task and project management purposes. Monday.com helps to coordinate and streamline different aspects of our projects , for maximum productivity.
Very helpful app all around
What do you like best about the product?
The form creator is most helpful. We use it to receive content requests from all our teammates and then assign them easily to our content creators. Also, the list view is perfect for the majority of our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to mirror a complete task on two different boards. I tried linking tasks in multiple boards, but it doesn't help us better communicate with other teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps us solve lack of communication problems. It helps us in staying organized and on time with our tight deadlines. Our business performance did increase; we are better equipped to tackle everyday issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Mondy.com has been an invaluable resource and convenience to me throughout this process of managing complex projects, tasks, timelines, and communication internally within our team. Having a single platform where all information is available enabled us to collaborate effectively while eradicating any miscommunication or surprises. I am thankful for Monday's organized layout that simplifies daily processes and client visibility that can be easily shared to open up new opportunities for growth and success!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of monday.com lack user-friendliness and intuition. For instance, when removing pulses that have created link boards, I need help to keep track of the information within them due to unclear referencing points following deletion. Furthermore, a feature allowing for document storage with version tracking would significantly improve productivity levels as this manual task is currently very time-consuming without it in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With monday.com, I can quickly evaluate my progress and that of others across all initiatives, stay informed on new information when needed, get a better understanding of the current activities and developments among my coworkers' tasks at hand, as well as quickly filter requests independently from other users. This helps me be more organized with how many daily chores need to be done.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use, and working on projects with a team is nice. I value a lot the feature that is easy to learn and the possibility to add comments and have discussions is so helpful to achieve all the projects we manage
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is harder to make some content not accessible to everyone, so we can't put no-access on the content we don't want everybody to work on. There are also many notifications about other things (birthdays) we might not want to share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to have an overview of my work and one of my teammates. It's easier for me to see what the blockers are because it's the central issue in our team. It's good to have it with a nice desigh also and be able to track the comment.
Great Platform for video production
What do you like best about the product?
As a filmmaker/animator for my company I find the integrated tools that Monday.com offers for video work second to none. It's great to be able to add both video files and embed YouTube links within the project updates!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limit on the video upload size of 500 MB, though with Youtube link integration this has never really been an issue for my day-to-day work and is only occasionally frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has helped me with my work in many ways - it has helped me to streamline my video production process by giving me access to instant feedback from my wider team and clients, with specific timestamps for amends within videos being a particularly useful feature.
Monday is excellent for scrum teams and organization planning

Easy to set up, UI is nice, easy to use, great for contacts tracking for scheduling
