No more need for to do lists, keeping e-mails as a reminder. I use the tool daily to keep track of larger projects but also smaller to do's. Everything is in 1 place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while setting up your boards and getting it to where you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in teams that not always are in the same location. This is the perfect tool to keep everyone informed of the progress and makes sure everyone has the same information.

What do you like best about the product?
We are using Monday.com since February full stream and it made our lives so much easier. The workflow is better and the team addapted easy to working on it. The automations make less work and help alot with things that was done manually previously. Having the app also helps keeping up to date with notifications when not infront of the computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
We suffer alot of Loadshedding (being without power and wifi) in South Africa and it sometime make it difficult if you dont have a off line viewing option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had billing issue when changing banks, but Monday.com solved immediatly. We struggled starting but found lots of tutorials that helped a lot setting it up and creating boards etc

Monday has helped us organize the myriad of tasks we have in a very visual and interactive format.

Monday.com allows us to keep all of our projects organized. In a way, it has eliminated internal e-mails. It's a common source for everybody to collaborate and be up to date on all the projects.

Sometimes I have a hard time finding the right board and/or the tasks I need to work on.

Monday.com helped us eliminate internal e-mails. We use Monday.com as a central repository of communication for each company project. All updates are posted on Monday.com and it helps us keep people accountable.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the most user-friendly and smooth workflow program I've ever had the pleasure of using. Our whole team does not know how we survived without it. We can have complete confidence that no task gets missed and our compliance is always 100%
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripe would be accessing help means waiting for an email from the US which, with the time difference, means we don't get a response until our next business day.

Workflow Mangement is the main thing we use Monday.com for and it has turned our business around. It means nothing gets missed and all stakeholders are kept in the loop and held accountable where needed.
