Great at organizing all of the task that need to be done!

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the customizations that Monday allows. Having the due date included. Or providing notifications when something has been assigned to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to copy a lot of things for new tasks. Sometimes it is not that easy to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of responsibilities that I have to keep track of. This makes it easier to see when things were assigned and when they are due. Also, being able to keep notes in each item to go back on if I don't remember something.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to share boards and tasks with internal and external (Customers) users. I like to build automation that sends emails automatically upon events
What do you dislike about the product?
Comments are not kept on a value basis. When to change the value of a field they are kind of disappear
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to manage my customers tasks . It is straightforward to collaborate with teammates in enjoyable manner

Excellent platform for keeping track on daily tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I've had a really good experience using Monday with my team. It's easy to create tasks, assign them to people and keep a smooth conversation either on the main task or subtasks.
Overall, is a really nice platform to keep track of the day-to-day tasks of a team or yourself. It has helped me keep organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
My reason for assigning 8 is that I would like for it to be easier to set up recurrent tasks (like monthly or quarterly tasks) and I would also love to see a dashboard where I could see how many tasks are assigned to which person and how many are due soon or delayed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keep track of the day-to-day tasks of a team or yourself. It has helped me keep organized.
I've seen an increase in my daily productivity thanks to the tracking on Monday.com

What do you like best about the product?
THE SIMPLE FORMAT AND COLOUR CODING. THE FACT THAT I CAN SEE WHAT IS ALLOCATED TO ME AND IF THE WAREHOUSE IS DONE WITH THEIR PART SO I KNOW WHEN TO EXPECT THE PAPERWORK BY ME, THIS HELPS ME TO PLAN MY DAY.
What do you dislike about the product?
IT IS COMPLICATED TO SET UP A NEW BOARD, LUCKILY I DO NOT NEED TO DO THIS. I BATTLE TO ADD LINKS TO NEW AND EXSITING BOARDS TOO. I AM NOT SURE WHO TO LINK SPECIFIC ITEMS TO OTHER ITEMS ON A BOARED.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT HELPS US SEE WHEN TRUCKS ARRIVE, HOW LONG THE TEAM TAKES TO LOAD AND OFFLOAD THE TRUCKS AND ALSO MAKES ME AWARE OF WHEN THEY ARE DONE SO I CAN ANTICIPATE THE PAPERWORK AND GIVE THE CLIENT FEEDBACK ON THIS.

What do you like best about the product?
Having a shared board with all the past, present, and future projects. Which allows to set up stages within a single project. Makes a big project feel lighter.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there's a lot of boards, I sometimes get lost in all of them. It can be hard to find yourself, specially when a lot of people have created different boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in big, long term projects with a large group. It has allowed my team to be on the same page while working in different tasks towards the same goal.

An amazing tool for any team!

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features of Monday.com is that, at a glance, I can see everything that needs to be completed. I also love that the user interface is easy enough to use, but can also be extremely detailed. Makes Monday.com versatile for any user!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have issues getting Monday.com to work well on a mobile device. It doesn't deter me from using it, but it would help my workflow if it ran smoother. I use my phone and other mobile devices for work and am on the go. So having that smoother accessibility on a mobile device would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping things organized. That has been extremely helpful for me. I can see all my tasks and requests in one spot and can mark them off as I go. The team I work with can put in requests and I can be notified about them.

Keeps Me On Top Of My Game!

What do you like best about the product?
The reminder and notes feature keeps me on top of the over 200 active quotes i have at any given time. The reminders to follow up on a date I get to set come in the morning, and if I click on notes, it gives me insight into what I last spoke with them about.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a little time to get used to the different boards on monday.com and how they are sorted. I also struggle to get accurate reports off of the platform and didn't find accessible information online on how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to make sure every quote we send is followed up. It is helping us to follow customers from the inquiry to the delivered project all on one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I manage the window treatment division of our retail store. Being able to differentiate between stages of a client's project is great. Everything about that project is easily seen or accessed on one line versus checking our multiple order systems for the information. Automating notifications to notify the consultant of a status change is very helpful and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the Automations will counteract each other. To clarify, we have several different statuses' for window treatment projects. We can fix the counteract effect using individual Automation; it is a bit more tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to view existing projects easily with every team member. We also use it for a new team member onboarding. With our onboarding boards, we can see where we need to continue training from where we left off. It also helps to organize our new team members with their trainers effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
It's always active, you can communicate with others and progress tasks with flexive time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Boards configuration, archiving, deleting and getting back some boards it's more manageable now, but I think that still can be improved

Time zones, working shifts, big projects with several departments involved.

What do you like best about the product?
The structure of things it's very clear. Clear overview of what needs to be done, and with the different labels, the user can add to the board. It helps me, who does a lot of creative work, to know the status of specific projects or what needs to be done. The different ways to customize the board are excellent features to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be very cluttered when you are a member of a lot of projects it can be hard to keep track of the progress. Notifications can sometimes be spam, even if they are good to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Structure of projects and the ability to track progress. Great collaboration between members of the team. The feeling of turning tasks into done is the best and motivates ones to get stuff done.
