What do you like best about the product?
Extremely flexible with automations. Supercharges workflow and communication within our team
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are sometimes limiting with what is possible at the time, but usually features will come down the track
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and automating what used to be manual tasks, giving operators more ownership

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me stay organised on completed and jobs in progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating less email chains about jobs work in progress and its easy for multiple people to view where a job is at.

Dashboards can sometimes be a bit slow if you have too much data.

Well-organized boards, kanban helps a lot with the interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The minimum plan is for 3 users and I only use just mine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
forgetting important tasks and lack of management of the status of each project.

What do you like best about the product?
Very User Friendly. Also a very clean platform. Sleek looking

Automations can be frustrating to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, on my end Ive never had any issues with Monday. Everything has always worked on the website. Everything loads up very easily and It auto saves all of my progress when making tiles.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily tailored to what I need. Simple and easy UI encourages use by even the not so tech savvy. My teams use it daily and it is now a staple of our operation. All my reports are automated. Data is reported in near real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering columns on mobile is still a bit clunky. Also, I would like the Gantt view visible on mobile devices
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com helps me get accurate and timely updates from my field teams. This allows me to present my reports to seniors in a more timely manner than was possible prior to us starting using it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the creation of forms to collect and manage data. Also, it's a great project management tool. Easy to create data tables. I use it every day with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
NIL - There is nothing I don't dislike about Monday.com

Monday.com is solving our team management isssues. From managers, senior coordinators to junior admin staff, we all contribte to our main goals and objectives in a timeyl manner to reach our KPIs.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday has enabled us to curate it to suit how we want to work. It is a very cvartefully thouight out program and easily tweaked to suit how your buyisness will get the best out of it.
We have increased our productivity, the live changes enable all stakeholders to be ontop of things all the time.
The seamless integration with other sysrems and saving files into Monday ois vry easy and really helps to keep all things in one place and reduce confusin and time sorting through multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is great for structuring workflow. It's saved our company hours and hours of manual inputting and work. We wouldn't be as efficient without the Monday platform. We use Monday everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have experienced no downsides to Monday as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has solved our problem of being able to provide updates in a board on how our custom orders are going. This comes in handy when working with a customer service representative from a different country, they're able to look at the board and know the exact status of customers orders.
