Useful project management/ERP software

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is great, works for small and scaling businesses. The apps and integrations are superb and work well, and the team find the platform enjoyable to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model is a little unfavourable, especially for smaller businesses, but the tier system makes sense. There are some missing integrations and plugins that I'd like to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its allowing our business to stay connected and plan in one location. It keeps any task and project management boards in one location and works seamlessly with multi-staff access.

What do you like best about the product?
The options that we have to check the information visually is very good. Very easy to create and setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reminder setup needs improvements, you cannot customize it as you want, there are only fixed options like 10, 30min, 1h and 1 week. I apprecite if considering to add an option to setup the reminder with date/time according to your needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow management is helpful with Monday.com because we can easily check the status and progress of each task. We reduced many sheets to one screen where we have all information we need!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com features a user-friendly interface that is both contemporary and appealing. Its personalized spreadsheet-like functionality enables everyone on my team to keep track of the tasks they have to complete. It holds our clients and partners' databases perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far, but I am a bit confused with its pricing and plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me hold lots of databases and keep track of my sales and marketing teams' tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the best CRM tool I have ever seen

It can be a bit cheaper :) Except for that I am completely satisfied with it.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows you to keep track of the tasks, KPIs, timesheets and more
What do you dislike about the product?
Sub-items tree is limited to only one level. it should be increased

What do you like best about the product?
Project/ template selection and flexibility in mapping and overall User/Administrative experience and management. Default Automation and Integration potential are very strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most Cloud PMs although competitive, licensing models can become untenable at the Enterprise levels 'cloud' was intended to mitigate vs e.g., Sharepoint
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A reduction in 'management by email' and centralization of systems/ work information via enterprise-wide, bi-directional project management and communications.

What do you like best about the product?
I am primarily using for task/project management, but i do know there are many other uses for this tool. I like the ease of use, I like how the pages are set up and how you can customize them to your needs. I like the resources and training provided to help you get up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that i dislike about the tool off the top of my head.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it provides a visual timeline of tasks and projects to keep me on track with what needs to be done to complete my work on time and on task

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the capability of Monday.com to integrate with third-party software, enabling the integration of automation into our project processes. This integration helps to eliminate repetitive tasks, minimize excess communication and email exchanges, and enable us stay informed about project developments as they occur.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new users , it can be hard to keep track of multiple dependencies when using Monday.com. This is particularly challenging when we use Monday.com to manage larger projects with several cards to be moved, thus creating complexities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is deployed within my department for managing our marketing projects. We use it to centralize all our project work, including : silos, processes, files and tools. Centralizing our project work helps to maximize productivity by streamlining work across all teams within my department.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is one of my favorites. I enjoy the color scheme and the layouts much more than I do with other like services. I find it to be more user friendly and easier to look at for a long time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really have any complaints, other than the fact that they dont seem to have the same capablities for tech teams to collaborate as some of the others which is what ultimately ended up making our company switch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helped me to organize my thoughts, tasks, projects and allowed me to collaborate with my teammates. It assigned accountability and awareness to leadership and ultimately ensured that especially in group projects that I was not left doing all the work and then sharing the credit. it became very easy to demonstrate who did what.
