Monday.com is essential for easy work-flow
What do you like best about the product?
I find the colour coded sections very helpful to understand the different sections of tasks and duties to do. I use it every day with my work and it has made understanding the process of my tasks very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides to this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping solve the mystery if who is working on what task. The ability to see what all your colleagues are working on, and being able to message them directly about duties is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the 'my work dashboard" because it's a simple and efficient way to see what I need to do on my day and classify my work progress using the status column.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think you guys could improve the way to duplicate the boards. If we could customize what we want to duplicate it would be really helpful, a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organizing the monthly, daily and weekly work. Monday makes our company plan our task during the week and using the tools as comment, and link emails, help us to keep everyone involved on the job aware of whats is happening with the work progress.
Outstanding project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate easily on boards with a range of people in a variety of countries. It has a plethora of features that make it easy for you to accomplish tasks/work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took a little too long to add the CRM package to our account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is enabling to collaborate and track work between a number of teams across different countries to complete our software product.
Productivity UPGRADE
What do you like best about the product?
Managing tasks across teams and projects has never been easier. I love automations. We use monday every single day and it's a staple to our every day business needs and goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated with Notion better. It isn't the best for documentation in our company

Task management and priority setting has allowed for our teams to work more efficiently
Easy to use and customise
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to setup, and easy to use. Very intuitive for all members of my team. Heaps of features, and we can do so many functions / features with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
templates are a bit generic and so does take some time to find something (or make something) that will work for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple projects with the same resource base. Trying to understand timings, resourcing constraints etc.
Loving Monday for project managing my LMS Business
What do you like best about the product?
I like color coding projects, assigning due dates, the chat bubble feature for team communications. We even created a CRM using Monday!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about Monday. It could be better but future updates will fix this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday is definetly helping small businesses stay focused and organized. My organization is a social impact for profit. Project management is very important to us.
Great for creating surveys and connecting with team members all over the world.

The easy creations of all boards and the guides. I use this platform every day. I love being able Integrate this website with others like Teams.

Sometimes I have difficulty when team members who created the boards are no longer with the company.

Creating an easy space to gain information from all parties all over the world.
I wish more businesses knew how beneficial Monday.com is.
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com improves communication and organization throughout all departments at a company. We process hundreds of orders a month that get passed through 5 different departments and we rarely fall behind due to how organized our Monday.com is. As soon as an order is passed from one department to another, it is understood by the receiver. If any questions come up between departments, we know who to ask because of the logs Monday provides. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
From what I understand, it is pretty limitless. I have been working here for almost 2 years and I havent found something to dislike about Monday.com. I havent had to contact customer support for anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is benefiting us as a team by making sure that jobs are fully completed (encouraging our SOP's) and all required documentation is inputted and available for future reference. We are able to keep time logs amongst different departments which allows us to see flaws in our process. In a way, it helps us follow the LEAN rules and encourages efficiency.
Best and Easiest CRM!
What do you like best about the product?
It's user-friendly, easy to use, and tracks project status easily. The board templates help you get your needs without creating one from scratch. Anytime something goes wrong, customer support is friendly and responds promptly. We usually use monday.com for our daily tasks to constantly update our boards. Integration works smoothly. Importing or exporting items is not a hassle. When we implemented it, our team had the best experience since it's so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd have to say the schedule/calendar creation. But it's more a con than a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing projects, tasks, events, importing important tasks information, and CRM.
