A simple, effective and attractive solution
What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive the system is to use, while being very customisable, i have streamlined many processes on the system
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to request new features, you are reliant on what is released as pre the roadmap, if the feature isn't present, then its difficult to get that request seen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the sending of repetitive emails with the integrations and providing one source of truth for collaborative information that was previously kept on unwieldy spreadsheets
Adoring Mondays with monday.com!
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the versatility of monday.com in allowing me to manage a comprehensive range of tasks, including but not limited to operations, budgeting, and reporting. The improved visibility it provides has immensely helped our corporate management be more aware of what is happening within the organization and prompts us to deliver responsibilities efficiently. Moreover, its automation feature simplifies time-consuming processes like recruitment or making a sale easier for us. At the same time, emails can easily be synchronized as updates leveraging this charismatic platform's connectivity capabilities! Using monday.com, my team was able to dive deep into actionable insights helping propel forward any significant challenges we face at work impeccably!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the seemingly complex user interface of Monday.com, which does not correspond to my prior IT expertise and experience; translating specific English-speaking terms into German also presents a challenge, resulting in minor discrepancies here or there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the monday.com website, I have effectively organized and prioritized my tasks to focus first on what is most important. It has also enabled me to assign responsibilities efficiently among myself and others for everyone's duties to be clear and set properly.
Great product! But horrible CX with Tech Support when needed quickly
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability for end user to customize and easily data dump into the system. Automation recipes are helpful and can edit and change for additional automation. We were able to be up and running in less then 1 week as opposed to another software we tried! This is a great small business product for a variety of thing including project management, sales tracking, customer management. We have been using Monday.com since August 2022.
What do you dislike about the product?
TECH SUPPORT. End user customer experience trying to get help is absolutely horrible. I am currently emailing trying to schedule an appointment and they are only sending me times before 8am. The last tech support call I had the tech never showed up to our meeting!
I want a phone number to call into and get live support.
I also do not want to have to email more then once to get on someones calendar for assistance. The multiple emails is causing the time to be wasted since issue occurance, thus negative end user experience. They will send videos with additional information to gather which is not acceptable. I want to set a meeting and their support help. As an end user with minimal technology knowledge, it is very very frustrating.
This will not help this company moving forward if they do not improve this experience.

Eliminating follow up tasking saving time, money and resources. Ability with little to know tech experience to build a process with automation is extremely helpful as a small business.

What do you like best about the product?
I manage the sales team at an import/export company of prescription frames. When I started working at the company, the main tools used were google products like google drive, word, excel, etc. These are definitely useful and proven tools for management but my biggest headache was constantly sending reminders or emails to check how a project or a specific task was going and when it was going to be done. Gotta say that monday saved me from wasting a lot of time and stress, as well as my relationship with my team in a certain way. I really appreciate that the team is constantly trying to improve and adding more apps and useful tools to help the automate the processes better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the boards were a bit more dynamic. There are times when I have to use excel because I can't customize the table and entry as I would like to. Maybe I need to explore more the available apps within monday but so far, I haven't found one yet. Besides that, I am pretty happy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned in previous questions, the thing that gave me the most trouble was regularly sending emails or reminders to check on how a project or particular task was progressing and when it would be completed. I must say that Monday prevented me from spending a lot of time and tension and, in some ways, improved my relationship with my team.

Easily keep track of project's progress; assigning people, discussing without annoying other team members; It helps my tasks more organized.

Too colorful for minimalism; the price is high if you use in a big team

For me, it's the viewing timelines, calendars, collaborations and time tracking.
We also use it to track all activities, details and progress of all the projects or events we support.

The best tool for everything
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build whatever you want. A CRM, stocklist, calendar, service. It's awesome that you have all the tools to create these things. Beside that Monday gives you the opportunity to keep learning about their new functions. Webinars, events, academy. Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some easy automations don't exist (yet) I'm sure this will get tackled in the future. Would be nice to have the ability to go for a certification (paid & free option)

We have a small company. Monday allows us to stay in touch with our workforce easily. No need to call/mail everyone; you can track and communicate on the platform.

you are abel to follow up on real time the onboarding process to our vis tool MAcroPoint, you can also chat directly with the MAcroPoint team for faster assistance

the filters are too complicated to use, and if you misplace one you will not be able to search, we should also add more search filters that would make it better

this is making the onboarding process much faster, the carriers that require assistance are easily spotted due to the differenmt groups that Monday separates them in

I work with a big team and with a lot of projects at the same time, It is very easy to organize myself, update the status and upload various comments. It's better than looking through email chains or in a chat

What would make Monday perfect would be to have more capacity to upload and share very large files, because I dislike that I have to share a file via drive or transfer

easy to find information. In the emails the information is scrambled with many topics and in messages it is impossible to find anything. It helps me to have messages on a specific topic and everything scheduled

Monday.com integrates with the business tools and applications that I already use in the workplace. This supercharges our project management processes , helping my team to complete tasks faster. By integrating Monday.com with specific software programs, we are successfully building workflows that simplifies administrative tasks and automates our project notifications.

Task dependencies can only be set through dates on the Monday.com project management platform. This makes them less functional for their intended use.
