What do you like best about the product?
As a product marketing manager, I love the flexibility of monday.com. Its intuitive user interface makes onboarding new team members and clients accessible. By bringing your team's work into one central location, monday.com improves collaboration and productivity across different teams and departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
expensive compared to other project management tools
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product marketing manager, I have found that monday.com is a powerful tool for solving a variety of challenges that businesses face in managing their projects and teams. By providing a centralized platform for task management, project planning, and team collaboration, monday.com helps to streamline workflows, improve communication, and boost productivity. This has enabled me and my team to work more efficiently, stay on top of our projects, and better manage our time and resources. Additionally, the platform's flexibility and customization options have allowed us to tailor our workflows to meet our specific needs and processes, further enhancing our efficiency and productivity.

Easy to Use Tool for PMO teams

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it offers customization of boards and that it is easy to collaborate across multiple teams. It is relatively user friendly, and users in different departments are able to jump right in and use the boards created for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to nest more tasks within the other, but don't find this to be wildly inconvenient. This forces the user to be more concise, which isn't a bad thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration across multiple teams to accomplish a project goal and overall organization. This helps our entire org to accomplish project goals as a team while staying organized and accountable.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the connecting board and automation features
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that subitems are not necessarily tasks and can't be marked "done" in a traditional sense
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improves our communication and awareness of project status. It benefits our entire team by improving accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to visually see all of my projects and where they are in process at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were popups or a quick user guide for me to search when I am trying to figure out how to do something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing me to see, at a glance, where my projects are in process and other peoples' projects are. I like that I can attach documents and set deadlines for my projects so that I have everything that I need in one easy space. I also really like accessing Monday.com through Teams so that I can work on everything easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization that monday allows. It is really easy to keep projects on track and see what your co-workers have completed. I use Monday for most of my communication with my co workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get a lot of emails from Monday and sometimes it is tricky to set up the automation features. Overall I do not have many complaints about this program. It is pretty user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps makes sure certain tasks do not slip through the cracks. I get emails to remind me of deadlines and I can easily track the work I have already documented on the program.

Great way for teams on multiple companies to work together!

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very helpful for groups of people that work for different companies to stay organized. Since everyone can access the platform, it allows for easy communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little confusing to navigate when first using. Also, when tasks are done, they sort in the order of when you hit completed. This is sometimes not helpful if someone doesn't click 'done' right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great place for everyone to input their current task list. It is also awesome for moving around/sending large files that wouldnt normally go through via email.

What do you like best about the product?
Clear ownership of tasks, with deadlines, status, notes, attached files etc. Using sub-items makes big tasks less daunting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very occassionally changes may not update immediately due to some sort of syncing error, though this is normally resolved by a page refresh/attempting the change once more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving the problem of keeping track of actions and deadlines. Monday.com makes it simpler to manage multiple projects at once, and makes my workload clearer to my teammates.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features to me are the status boxes. Being able to label these boxes to customise it to the use case - enabling me to sort and prioritise effectively
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there is only 1 "layer" of sub items. It would be amazing if "sub items" could have their own "sub items", so that it can be easier to break down tasks.

Example:

Item = Task Title
Sub item = Tasks associated
Sub sub item = Actionable items to the "Tasks associated"

This would aid a lot in tracking progress on actionable tasks in more detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of having the project manage multiple different tasks at the same time, whilst ensuring that stakeholders who are also multi tasking have a visual representation of what tasks are required for them to complete and the timeline of each task.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to assign and receive tasks, to track progress on tasks, and to check in with other coworkers about how things are going.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see the details of an assigned task when I get an email about a new task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating and keeping up with many team tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I found it to be straightforward to get started. I like the way that there are automatic fields for different file types and that the progress bars are aggregated automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not certain if it has the level of flexibility I am used to (as a developer). I am overall pretty happy with it and likely do not have enough experience with it to criticize well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to prioritize tasks at a high level across our team. The dashboard on Monday.com allows us to give the high-level as well as link to low-level documentation.
