What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the network is unstable, but the Monday team has worked tirelessly over the past year to make the user experience better, and we have noticed the improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has significantly enhanced our cross-team collaboration, saving us valuable hours of work. The visually appealing dashboards effectively narrate the ongoing projects, providing our executive teams with a comprehensive and aesthetically pleasing overview of the work at hand.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is so user friendly. It is a fast-functioning program that always stays up to date, and efficiently organizes teams and tasks in a way that is easy to navigate. It's design is colorful and fun, and it helps our team stay on track to the best of our ability with its many notification options, thorough task capabilities, and wonderful design. You can also organize your own individual tasks and work through the "My Work" tab, or by clicking your icon to see which projects have been assigned to you (or where you've been tagged). It's easy to use, and has all the capabilities your team will need!
What do you dislike about the product?
If anything, I would change the design slightly so that the due date of assignments is easier to read and navigate. Its mobile design can be a little finnicky at times as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a hub that's visible for all team members, allowing us to stay on track and have easy access to our indivivdual tasks in collaborative projects. Much more versatile and organized than an email chain or Microsoft Teams.

Monday.com is a dynamic platform that can be used for a variety of projects. It is easy to customize and tailor to your team's individual needs. It's easily accessible by anyone, anywhere! The app is also a great way to stay on top of tasks while you're on the go! Automations and reminders are also super helpful! Monday.com makes my job easier and helps me ensure delivery and clear communication on all of my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting folks in the regular habit of checking Monday can be challenging. We end up tracking via email and Monday in some cases. Having an easy way to forward and email to Monday to be automatically added would be an amazing upgrade!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com helps my team and I track deliverables across the organization as well as with external vendors and partners. It is our source of truth for all projects.

Its so easy to use! It allows you to customise it to your preferences making it a smooth and seamless process. The customer service line is easy to access and provides detailed responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to Mondays, i find it the most useful tool our company uses, company wide.

allowing people to collaborate effectively, in a seamless process. Everything stays up to date as soon as someone updated the board, the other members see it.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps catlogue and create swinlanes for variious teams to work and colloborate together. Also helps tag, filter, put timelines etc making it a go to tool for corporations where mutiple teams work together to make things happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of, it does its job.

Simple project management tool. Easy to collaborate with others. Takes mutliple tools and puts it in one.

I wish their analytics was a little stronger for dashboarding certain use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
For what we do It helps keep everyone on the same, its automations when set up helps remove the extra step of cleaning up a board and keeps tasks moving through the work flow. It keeps the flow going and we like that.
What do you dislike about the product?
It kinda of expected of SAAS platforms, but if you want certain eyes only board you have to upgrade. Price is big for everyone and that would be my only complaint. Id like more available at a base level considering you pay by the seat tier already
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday currently gives us the ability to have the field upload problems and tasks for real time resolution given the user can present it concisely in the update. Thats better than hearing things at the end of the day or over the phone where you cannot visualize whats being articulated.
