Monday improves our productivity by allowing us to track multiple tasks and users

What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient to use Monday to stay apprised of the status of multiple projects, especially as part of a large team with a variety of responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's probably user error, but it has happened to several of our users that we often hit return at the end of a comment and don't realize that the comment wasn't actually sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large team of people with a variety of responsibilities and Monday improves our performance by helping us all keep track of all the many pieces and parts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to set up new boarding and checklists. I use it to collaborate new hire onboarding with the IT department to ensure equipment set up is timely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, so far I have not had a need that I was unable to accomplish in the tool. It's simple but works well, perhaps being able to connect with other systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use it as a checklist for new hires and employee separations. We have detailed workflows set up that notify a specific party for each task. I.E. - the manager checks that a new hire needs business cards, the market department is notified via email.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the automations. As they come out with more templates, I'm more Agee to invest time to see if we can automate even more of our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, but maybe a couple days worth at most? Once you have that system in place it will alleviate lots of excess email and reminders and do them for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting deadlines has always been an issue for us, so having some of our key processes automated, we have improved accountability across the board. It makes those conversations simpler and more manageable.

Great softwrae for project management and workflows

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use, great overview of the work we do, the status of it and the possibility to comment and assign tasks really make the work more efficient and controllable in a positive way, especially when working remote.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike so far, maybe a little threshold to learn it but once you get it and all the features, it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com makes sure we see what is going on within the team, and that nothing falls between the chairs. We can have all tasks gathered in the same place which is very valuable.

Perfect for Project Management

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very easy to use and there are so many ready-made templates to start from. It is so easy to collaborate with others and also communicate directly within the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com pricing is expensive and complicated. Some features that were previously free that we loved you now have to pay for as extras. This unfortunately has meant we don't have as great useability anymore and will have to upgrade or add on to have the things we require for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our team collaborate and communicate easily while working remotely during lockdowns and sickness. It is also helping us manage our time better and it is saving us a lot of time with automation.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation, the alerts that are sent, the timelines, the people involved, and the accountability that the program lets you have.
The Connections make it easy to see lots of information in one place.
The different views provide info at a glance. The Lama's are a great fun touch!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there was an undo option. I have accidentally deleted a column's info and am not able to get it back. I dislike the limitations of one board. Limit to items.
It would be nice if when you duplicated a board the connections were an option to carry over as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has made it easy to keep people accountable and combine all the pertinent information in one place. We have follow the day to day happenings of our clients, employees, and venues easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the dynamism of the system
and the ability to produce different workspaces and boards according to different projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit expensive
And there are all kinds of features that you can only get if you pay the higher plans
Also - the limit for the number of users that obliges you to jump every time to the amount that Monday defines: 3-5-10
I would like to choose the amount of users according to my need
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows me to work on projects in an orderly manner
Assign tasks and responsibilities to employees, send deadline reminders
And monitor the progress of the work in a professional manner

projects can be viewed by all, easy way of looking at whole projects as a headline but also in lots of details

Probably One of the Best Tools of the Class

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very easy to use but has a lot of power under the hood. You can set up a kanban or a ticket tracking system in a few minutes, but diving into automation permiots building really smart and customized systems.

Also, the visual design is a delight.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honetly, not much to say here. Some UI decisions are a bit wonky (nothing that leaps out hardcore).

Connecting different cards - in Asana is't much easier and much more visual, here it seems like a secondary feature that is much less powerful than it needs to be.

Also, it's strange to say as automations are so robust, but I wish there were even more in depth and powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising my work and keeping a bird's eye view on my tasks is very easy. Cooperating with other teams and setting tasks is also very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday boards are very easy to configure, while also providing enough customization to fit my team's needs. The support options through the forum and FAQ on the website are also really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to make different types of columns and rows in one board, but have not figured out how to do this yet. I also wish it was easier to add people to the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since using Monday, we have a much better overview of our workload and who is working on what. Monday also provides a good place for us to store our project plans and gain insights using dashboards.
