Very good Programm
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is all in all great, I don´t have nothing bad about them to say.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot let my technical team customize pages with own code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Central Programm where you can do everything you want.
Fantastic for Communication
What do you like best about the product?
My team is small, but we have several time sensitive projects working at once. Monday has been a fantastic way to stay on track, ask questions, and post updates. It's very easy to use, and the alerts keep us aware of deadlines. We also love the newest extension that allows us to copy sub-items to other items/boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app feels kind of clunky, so we don't tend to use it. That's about it though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly it saves us from having to do so many meetings, texts, or phone calls. We are a team of 3 supporting the global software for a large restaurant brand, and we all work remotely. Being able to submit questions on the boards and tag each other in them is amazing. We don't have to call/Zoom each other to ask the same questions over and over, or dig through our email inboxes to try and remember what someone "said". To put it into perspective, our board currently has 39 action items on it that are due between now and January 1st. When we meet with our marketing team, rather than taking minutes, we are able to just plug the action items directly into our Monday board. So easy!
Clear Communication and management of multiple projects both completed and ongoing

being able to customise to suit each project with sub tasks and levels of completion

that completed tasks go to the bottom of the list not the top
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to track multiple aspects of a project. this can view completed or levels of completion. this is transparant across the company so problems dont get missed or allows us to predict potential problems
Monday.com is the most exciting Monday by far!
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com's user interface is straightforward and easy to navigate and customize, and you can filter based on your needs, which is especially useful if you want a separate section for tasks under you without having to see other team members' projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still trying to figure out the automation with Monday.com and how to effectively set it up. It's not the platform's fault, but it would be great to have a demo or tutorial on the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves its purpose, which is why we use Monday.com in the first place. I love the whole set-up.

It is very easy to use and navigate and I love how you can sort everything into priorities

Monday.com : Ticket Management Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
As our business grows and ticket quantity is multiplying, Monday.com continues to improve to meet our growing needs. It's always open on my desktop or phone so that I can easily see my workload for the upcoming day.
What do you dislike about the product?
formulas are lacking compared to excel, there have been other things that I didn't like but as time goes by, I see those things being fixed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
efficiently collecting data from clients to disseminate to the team for resolution and then Monday helps to not only balance workload between team, but track our time for billing, but make our processes more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to organize and delegate tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the automations were unlimited, but the package I have limits me to 8

More specific automations

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to customize boards to my working style, it helps myself and me team stay organized and on top of projects! It's easy to understand and asign tasks to my team. I encourage them to create their own boards and utilize the number of features it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slight lack of formatting, I would like to be able to adjust the formatting on my campaign boards a bit more to help with overall views, but always looking for flexible solutions!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track all of our campaigns on monday.com. This allows us to update and manage our internal and client communications on schedule and pacing accurately. We also keep our project tracking on the platform. This gives everyone visibility into where projects sit, expected delivery, and any adjustments are tracked.
Optimal Organization
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way for my team to stay organized on a daily basis with dates and assignments of deliverables as well as tracking signoff, etc on workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a large volume of email alerts from the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping make order of chaos and keeping a team on track and organized and not missing deliverables.
Quick and Customizable for a variety of needs.
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very versitile system that has an abundance of features that allow us to do a multitude of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a bit of a learning curve depending on what you are trying to do, however, once you get some of the different functions figured out, it flows great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use monday.com to track the workflow for our different projects and where we stand on them. It is a great tool for colaboration as we tend to have to travel often. I have also used it to help manage requests by using the diffferent forms and automations.
